"RussPatriot1" - what another demo or something we
all have to believe is advanced because Russia tells us so. or as in NATO
actually see it in mass production and in use in battle. its true the Russian do
have some interesting toys, but they are always playing catch up to NATO in
every area.

MEADS, THAADS, and SM-3 layer will be very good in
2010.
Pac-3 is not compared to S-400 of course, as it is a close in ATBM sys only. MEADS will be very capable. THAADS will need to be layered with it to provide more complete coverage in Europe, but with SM-3 also, it will be a very potent Euro area defence against threats.

what about the new mach 6 missile system having
just completed tests and ready for future deployment, or the new mach 12 missile
system following on. what about both the new airborne and air defence laser
systems going into final testing. then you have the 3d laser / radar system
being tested by lockheed and rockwell, said NOT to suffer from radar resolution
problems that all radar normally suffer from. Russia is always playing catch
with NATO.

"ZB90" - funny that, we have this small company
called "BAe" who amongst many other things, make UAVs and UCAVs. mostly at the
advanced tactical end of the market. its thales who have used Israel tech with
UK tech to produce Watchkeeper. what weapons does UK buy from Irsael.
Your correct about the S-300, i got it mixed with the "Pantsir-S1" usually used to guard S-300. but rumours have been going for sometime, Russian techs have been demoing S-300 in Syria for some-time.

"ZB90" - why Israel uses the Apache, F16, F18,
amongst many others. mostly from the US, but its funny that the US sources many
of its components / instruments from other sources within NATO. its subs were
from the UK, but now German. some of its armoured vehicles come from the UK.
thats what i mean by NATO tech.
and yet all that state of the art Russian air
defence TOTALLY failed to detect or even engage non-stealthy NATO a/c or even
the the UAVs used. lets hope when Syria buys from Russia, they are a better
quality than those returned by Algeria to Russia (MiG-29 SMTs).
