Nam Myōhō Renge Kyō is a mantra that is chanted as the central practice of all forms of Nichiren Daishonin Buddhism. Myōhō Renge Kyō being the Japanese title of the Lotus Sūtra. The mantra is referred to as daimoku or, in honorific form, o-daimoku. The purpose of chanting daimoku is to attain perfect and complete awakening.
The seven characters na-mu-myō-hō-ren-ge-kyō are written down the centre of the gohonzon, the mandala venerated by most Nichiren Buddhists. The veneration towards the mandala is understood by those who believe in it as the veneration for a deeper representation, which they believe to be the Buddha Nature inherent to their own lives.

Maa kali is the Goddess of dark energy and rules over time and represents absolute reality. Maa Kali has 1008 names which are collectively known as Ashtottara Shatanamavali.

The Protectress. The Mother. Kali is Dharma and Eternal Time. Kali shines with the brilliance of a Million Black Fires of Dissolution and Her body is bathed in vibuthi (sacred ash). She is also revered as Bhavatārini (literally "redeemer of the universe").

If Kali is appraoched with the bhava of Motherly Love, She assumes the form of Lakshmi. If Kali is approached as the Guru, embodying Wisdom, Art and Education, She assumes the form of Saraswati. The demons approached Kalika with the bhava of destruction and evil. Consequently, the Divine Mother assumed the form of their Destruction by reflecting, in form, their own Evil.

The Tantras mention over thirty forms of Kali. The Divine Mother is also known as Kali-Ma, the Black Goddess, Maha Kali, Nitya Kali, Smashana Kali, Raksha Kali, Shyama Kali, Kalikamata, Bhadra Kali, Ugra Chandi, Bhima Chandi, Sidheshvari, Sheetla and Kalaratri.

Kali काली, Tara तारा, Tripura Sundari त्रिपुरसुन्दरी(Shodashi) , भुवनेश्वरी, Cchinnamasta छिन्नमस्ता, Bhairavi भैरवी, dhumavati धूमावती, Bagalamukhi बगळामुखी, Matangi मातंगी , and Kamala कमला. These ten aspects of Shakti are the epitome of the entire creation.

Kāli conveys death, destruction, and the consuming aspects of reality. As such, she death itself. In the Pancatattva ritual, the sadhaka boldly seeks to confront Kali, and thereby assimilates and transforms her into a vehicle of salvation.

Kali appears as a symbol of triumph over death. Pray to Kali for liberation/salvation/God realization not for siddhis.

Kali, the Goddess of energy and transformation. The thunderbolt or vajra that destroys the serpent of the ignorance and releases the light of absolute truth.

Kali wields the sword of knowledge, which cuts through ignorance, a severed head, which symbolizes letting go of rational mind and ego; and the lotus, which represents spiritual fulfillment. She wears a garland of skulls around her neck, which represents the wisdom and memory of human existence."

When we honour Kali, we honour the changes in our lives.

Kali teaches that pain, sorrow, decay, death, and destruction are not overcome by denying or explaining them away. Kali's gift is freedom. Kali is Mother, not because She protects us from the way things are, but because She reveals our mortality to us and releases us to act fully and freely.

Meditate on Kali and honour ourselves in all aspects - not simply the positive but ready to accept our shadow side. Eliminating the negative aspect of ourself which doesn't do us any benefit. When you invoke Mahakali you are calling her to liberate you from your restrictions and own negative aspects..

भद्रकाली, Bhadrakali in Sanskrit means “blessed, auspicious, beautiful and prosperous” and she is also known as “Gentle Kali”.

Kali is Chinnamasta छिन्नमस्ता, Chinnamasta is the Hindu the Goddess of Great Wisdom.

Explanation of the meaning of the Mantra

TAYATA / OM BEKANDZE BEKANDZE / MAHA BEKANDZE RADZA / SAMUDGATE SOHA

Mantra:
Tayata Om Bekandze Bekandze
Maha Bekandze Radza Samudgate Soha

The mantra means:
May the many sentient beings
who are sick,
quickly be freed from sickness.
And may all the sicknesses of beings
Never arise again.

Bekandze means eliminating pain, maha bekandze means great eliminating of pain. One explanation of the meaning of the first bekandze is that it refers to eliminating the pain of true suffering, not just of disease but of all problems. It eliminates the pain of death and rebirth that are caused by karma and disturbing thoughts. The first bekandze eliminates all the problems of body and mind, including old age and sickness.

The second bekandze eliminates all the true cause of suffering, which is not external but within the mind. This refers to karma and disturbing thoughts. It is the inner cause that enables external factors such as food and exposure to sunlight to become conditions for disease.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YRf3G-0E0ew (Video: Amitabha Buddha Long Mantra - Buddhist Music Remove Negative Energy)
Amitabha and Amitayus are the same person, or entity. In the Mahayana Tradition of Buddhism a buddha is described as having three bodies: a form body (nirmanakaya), an apparitional body (sambhogakaya) and an ultimate truth body (dharmakaya). The first, Amitabha is the form body and the second, Amitayus, is the apparitional body. The ultimate truth body is without appearance and does not appear in painting or sculptural art.

The important iconographic difference between the two, Amitabha and Amitayus, is that Amitabha has Buddha Appearance and Amitayus has Bodhisattva Appearance. Amitabha holds a black begging bowl in the lap with both hands. Amitayus holds a long-life vase in the lap with both hands. (himalayanart.org)

By reciting this mantra, all afflictive emotions are purified and the qualities of paramitas are accomplished. We increase our love and compassion and thereby destroy self-grasping.

Avalokiteshvara (or Avalokitesvara) is a Bodhisattva who represents compassion, and his mantra also symbolizes that quality. Avalokiteshvara means “The Lord Who Looks Down (in compassion)”.

One prominent Buddhist story tells of Avalokiteśvara vowing never to rest until he had freed all sentient beings from samsara. Despite strenuous effort, he realizes that still many unhappy beings were yet to be saved. After struggling to comprehend the needs of so many, his head splits into eleven pieces. Amitabha Buddha, seeing his plight, gives him eleven heads with which to hear the cries of the suffering. Upon hearing these cries and comprehending them, Avalokiteśvara attempts to reach out to all those who needed aid, but found that his two arms shattered into pieces. Once more, Amitabha Buddha comes to his aid and invests him with a thousand arms with which to aid the suffering multitudes
