Tom Mesereau hatte den Star ('Billie Jean') im Jahr 2005 bei seinem Missbrauchsprozess verteidigt, bei dem der King of Pop in allen Anklagepunkten freigesprochen wurde. Dessen Mutter, Katherine Jackson (82), strengte unlängst ein Verfahren gegen den Konzertpromoter AEG Live an, dem sie vorwirft, zum Tode ihres Sohnes beigetragen zu haben, indem das Unternehmen "ihm Druck machte, sich trotz seines anfälligen Gesundheitszustands auf seine Comeback-Konzerte 2009 vorzubereiten". Außerdem heißt es, dass die Entscheidung der Firma, Dr. Conrad Murray anzuheuern, zum Tod des Musikers geführt habe. Der Arzt wurde im Jahr 2011 wegen der fahrlässigen Tötung seines Patienten verurteilt.

Am Dienstag wurden nun zwei Gruppen von 35 möglichen Geschworenen in Betracht gezogen, da es im AEG-Fall zur Verhandlung kommt. Strafverteidiger Mesereau wird im Namen der Jackson-Familie aussagen. "Ich bin auf der Zeugenliste der Klägerpartei, weil AEG Live plant, den Missbrauchsprozess von 2005 zur Sprache zu bringen, in dem Michael Jackson komplett entlastet wurde. Ich werde der Jury erklären, dass Michael in zehn Straftatvorwürfen für nicht schuldig befunden wurde, in denen es um Anschuldigungen wegen Kindesmissbrauchs und -misshandlung ging", erklärte der Jurist 'Radar Online'. "Michael hatte nach dem Strafprozess einen sehr starken Ruf, und wo immer ich hinging und sprach, kamen die Leute immer auf mich zu und boten ihre Unterstützung an - jeder war extrem positiv."

Das Verfahren wurde im Namen der drei Kinder des Künstlers, Prince, Blanket und Paris, eröffnet. Letztere musste vor Kurzem eine eidesstattlichen Aussage in dem Fall abgeben und Mesereau will der Familie in dieser schwierigen Zeit gerne helfen. "Natürlich würde Michael nicht wollen, dass sie im Rampenlicht stehen. Michael liebte seine Mutter jedoch und ich denke, er hätte ihr Bedürfnis verstanden, das hier durchzuziehen", erklärte der Verteidiger. "Es tut mir leid, dass die Kinder und Katherine diese Tortur durchmachen müssen, aber es ist sehr wichtig für sie und ich unterstütze sie voll. Dieser Prozess ist absolut begründet."

Die endgültige Geschworenenauswahl im Fall gegen AEG wegen der widerrechtlichen Tötung von Michael Jackson soll am 10. April vor Gericht stattfinden.

Los Angeles (CNN) -- Sharon Osbourne's claim that she has information that would help Michael Jackson's mother and children in their wrongful death lawsuit against a concert promoter has landed the TV host/reality star on the trial's witness list.

Osbourne made her revelation on Tuesday's "The Talk," the same day jury selection began in the trial to decide if concert promoter AEG Live executives played a role in Jackson's death in the negligent hiring of Dr. Conrad Murray.

"There were certain people that worked at that company that knew that Michael Jackson was not well and didn't care because it was business," Osbourne said. "And at the end of the day, whether he performed or he didn't, they would still make money, and I've had conversations with certain people at that company who have said exactly that to me."

Osbourne then suggested she could be a witness in the Los Angeles trial. "If they would like me to go to court, the Jackson family, I will stand up and tell you who said that to me."

Jackson lawyers noticed her comments and added Osbourne to their witness list Wednesday.

AEG Live's lawyers argue that Jackson -- not the promoter -- chose and hired Murray to be his personal physician as he prepared for his "This Is It" comeback concerts. The Jackson lawsuit contends that the doctor was an AEG Live employee when Jackson died.

The coroner ruled that Jackson's death on June 25, 2009, was caused by a lethal combination of sedatives and the surgical anesthetic Propofol, which Murray used to treat the singer's insomnia.

Osbourne, 60, is a co-host on the CBS daytime show "The Talk" and the wife of heavy metal rocker Ozzy Osbourne.

Kurze Zusammenfassung des Mesereau/Morgan/Wass Interviews

(zuerst wird nochmal der singende Murray eingespielt)
Valerie Wass sagt, dass sie es nicht ok findet, wie Murray dargestellt wird/gesehen wird, weil sie ihn für einen mitfühlenden Mensch hält und weiß, dass er unschuldig ist und fälschlicher Weise verurteilt wurde. Sie fragt Mesereau, ob er die ganzen Unterlagen in dem Maße kennt, wie sie selbst es tut. Meserau sagt, er habe natürlich nicht alles gelesen, aber den Prozess sehr genau beobachtet hat und dort festgestellt wurde, dass Murray grob fahrlässig handelte, medizinische Standarts missachtete und MJs Tod verursachte.
Wass meint darauf, dass, selbst wenn er sich nicht an diese Standarts hielt, er nicht den Tod von Michael verursachte, weil in dieser Nacht Michael nicht an einem Tropf hing. Dass allein der Gebrauch von Propofol zuhause nicht illegal sei.

Meserau fragt, ob sie die toxikologsischen Ergebnisse kenne die besagen, dass Michael in jeder der 8 genommenen Proben Propofol hatte, dass er mit Propofol überschwämmt war.
Wass gibt das zu, und sagte, das komme von den beiden 25mg Injektionen, wovon eine von Murray stamme und dann hätte Michael sich nocheimal 25mg selbst, schnell injiziert, was die gefundene Propofolmenge erkläre und auch der Grund sei, dass er gestorben ist, weil er deshalb einen Herzstillstand hatte.
Meserau sagt, Murray habe aber 16 verschiedene grobfahrlässige Verhalten aufgewiesen. Und Murray hätte doch der Polizei von dem Tropf, den er in den Wochen davor verwendete, erzählt.
Wass sagt, Michael wäre es aber die zwei Monate vorher, wo er nachts an einem Tropf hing, immer gut gegangen, er starb erst, als er keinen Tropf hatte...

Sie sagt auch, sie habe mit einem der Jurymitglieder gesprochen und sie hätten es interessant gefunden, dass dieser aufgeschnittene Salinebeutel dort besprochen wurde, weil es nur deshalb als Beweis genommen wurde, weil man unbedingt irgendwie beweisen musste, dass es einen Tropf gab, es sei aber eine absurde Methode von der nicht einmal der Staatsanwalt bis dahin etwas gehört habe.
Mesereau antwortet, Murray habe aber x Gallonen Propofol in MJs Haus liefern lassen, und das alleine sei schon eine große fahrlässige Handlung.

Wass sagt, dass es aber nicht der Grund sei warum Michael starb, nur weil Propofol dort im Haus war.
Meserau sagt, genau das sei aber der Grund, weil der Grund für MJs Tod sei, dass sein ganzer Körper voller Propofol war, was auch niemand abstreitet. Und Murray hat das Propfol dorthingebracht – es hätte garnicht in ein Privathaus gelangen dürfen.
Wass sagt, MJ hätte schon einen Vorrat davon gehabt, als Murray zum erstenmal in das Haus kam.

P. Morgan unterbricht und spricht noch einmal das Gongaware Mail an, wo Murray aufmerksam gemacht wird, das es AEG ist die ihn bezahle.

Wass sagt, Murray sei für seine Arbeit bisher nicht einen Pfennig bezahlt worden. Mesereau sagt, dass Murray aber einen Vertrag unterzeichnet habe, von AEG, der besage, dass AEG ihn zahle.
Wass hält es nicht für einen Beweis dafür, dass AEG dann auch diejenigen waren, die Murray einstellten.

Morgan liest noch einmal das Mail vor, wo es heisst, AEG erinnert Murray daran, wer ihn zahlt. Wass sagt, es sei eben so gewesen, dass AEG für sämtliche Leistungen in Vorkasse ging, sämtliche Vor-Produktionskosten, etwa 40 Mio.$ wurden von AEG bezahlt, und nur weil sie diese Kosten vorauszahlten heisse das nicht, dass sie auch Murrays Arbeitgeber waren.

Morgan meint, dann hätten AEG wohl nicht gewusst, worüber sie sprechen, wenn sie Murray daran erinnerten, dass sie es seien und nicht MJ , die Murray bezahlten.
Wass wundert sich, dass diese mail nicht im Murray Prozess auf den Tisch kam und dass jetzt plötzlich all diese mails erscheinen.
Mesereau hält dieses mail für sehr wichtig, weil AEG einen Vertag an Murray schickten, den Murray unterschrieb – auch wenn AEG jetzt sage, sie hätten den Vertrag ja nie unterzeichnet. All diese Fakten - der Vertrag, die Vereinbarungen, die emails - würden beweisen, dass dort ein Arbeitsverhältnis zwischen AEG und Murray bestanden hätte.

Wass sagt, Murray habe zwei Tage nach Michaels Tod bei der Polizei ausgesagt, er verstehe es so, dass er von MJ eingestellt wurde und erst danach drauf kam, dass er aber von AEG bezahlt wurde. Er sagte, "MJ war mein Arbeitgeber und AEG zahlt".

Mesereau meint, das könnte Murray ja ruhig sagen, aber wer hat den Vertrag aufgesetzt und zwischen wem bestand er? Zwischen Murray und AEG.

Michael Jackson's son 'dating princess'





Michael Jackson's eldest son Prince has been linked to a princess.

The 16-year-old has apparently enjoyed a date with Remi Alfalah, who is believed to be a Kuwaiti princess. According to TMZ, the pair went to a bowling alley in the San Fernando Valley in California on Wednesday.

Prince and Remi were photographed together at the PINZ venue and seemed to be having a fun time. One image shows them laughing and joking, while another shot captures Prince looking on as Remi collects her bowling ball.

The website reports that Remi is a junior, as is Prince, and they attend the same private school.

It is believed that Remi was dropped off at the bowling alley in a black SUV. After spending a few hours together, Prince is then said to have driven the pretty teenager home.

Prince, along with his younger siblings Paris and Blanket and his grandmother Katherine Jackson, are currently involved in a legal battle surrounding Michael's death in 2009.

Katherine has filed a lawsuit accusing concert promoter AEG Live of pressuring her late son Michael 'to prepare for his comeback concerts, despite his fragile health'.

They are seeking $40 billion in damages for the negligent hiring and supervision of Dr. Conrad Murray, who is currently serving a four-year manslaughter sentence for Michael's death.

A series of high-profile witness could be called to testify, including Michael's kids and siblings, his ex-wife Lisa Marie Presley, Diana Ross, producer Quincy Jones, Spike Lee and the singer Prince.

Jury selection for the trial is currently taking place.

Meanwhile, it has been alleged Paris has been secretly seeing her birth mother, Debbie Rowe.

TMZ reports the budding actress spent time with Debbie to celebrate her 15th birthday earlier this week.

"The two just hung out. They've gotten really tight," a source revealed.

Dermatology nurse Debbie married Michael in 1996 and gave birth to Prince and Paris, before the pair split in 1999. In 2001, Debbie is believed to have given full parental rights to Michael and she had little contact with the kids after that.

Mutter und Tochter hatten seit der Scheidung Rowes von Jackson keinen Kontakt mehr, wie das US-Portal „TMZ“ berichtet. „Die beiden verbringen viel Zeit miteinander. Sie haben mittlerweile eine richtig enge Bindung“, berichtet ein Insider.


Das ist doch mal eine Überraschung: Paris Jackson (15), die Tochter des verstorbenen „King of Pop“ Michael Jackson, soll im Geheimen wieder Kontakt zu ihrer leiblichen Mutter Debbie Rowe aufgenommen haben. „Die beiden verbringen seit einer Weile viel Zeit miteinander. Sie haben mittlerweile eine richtig enge Bindung“, wird ein Insider vom US-Klatschportal „TMZ“ zitiert. Ihren 15. Geburtstag am Mittwoch habe Paris auch zum Großteil mit der Mama verbracht, die einst mit Michael Jackson verheiratet war und auch die Mutter von Jackos Sohn Prince (16) ist.

Als Paris gerade erst drei Jahre alt wurde, hat Debbie Rowe ihre elterlichen Rechte komplett an den legendären Popstar abgetreten, wie mehrere US-Medien damals übereinstimmend berichteten. Seit der Scheidung von Jackson und Rowe im Jahr 1999 soll sie keinen Kontakt mehr zu den Kindern gehabt haben. Umso überraschender scheint nun, dass nach so vielen Jahren wieder eine Beziehung zwischen Rowe und Paris entstehen soll. Rowe soll die Treffen geheim gehalten haben, um nicht in den Verdacht zu geraten, sie wolle nur die Aufmerksamkeit der Medien, wie „TMZ“ weiter ausführt.

Paris Jackson has secretly reestablished ties with her birth mother, Debbie Rowe ... TMZ has learned.

Multiple sources connected to both Debbie and Paris tell TMZ ... Michael Jackson's 15-year-old daughter spent a good part of her birthday Wednesday with Debbie, who was married to MJ and gave birth to Paris and Prince. We're told, "The two just hung out. They've gotten really tight."

As TMZ previously reported, Debbie signed her full parental rights away to Michael in 2001 ... when Paris was 3.

After Michael and Debbie divorced she had virtually no contact with Paris.

Our sources say ... Paris and Debbie have gotten together a number of times recently. They've really established a relationship.

And, we're told, Debbie has gone out of her way to keep the meetings on the down-low because she doesn't want to create an appearance that she's exploiting their relationship. One source says Debbie could have made a lot of money off the meetings, but wouldn't even consider it.

Prince Michael Jackson was out on a date with a girl who appears to be a princess ... TMZ has learned.

We got these pics of Prince and Remi Alfalah, who we're told is a Kuwaiti princess. They were bowling Wednesday at PINZ in the San Fernando Valley.

A source at the Kuwaiti consulate tells us ... Remi is indeed a princess who is a junior in high school. Michael Jackson's 16-year-old son Prince is also a junior. They attend the same private school.

Remi was dropped off at the bowling alley in a black SUV ... but he drove her home.

What happened next ... it's a royal secret.

Diese war von 1996 bis 1999 mit dem verstorbenen Michael Jackson verheiratet und trat in der Vergangenheit nur selten in der Öffentlichkeit auf.
