Katherine Jackson's Attorney Will Seek To Have Guardianship Of Michael Jackson's Kids Reinstated

Katherine Jackson's attorney, Perry Sanders, told RadarOnline.com exclusively that he will go back to court in the next several days, to have the Jackson family matriarch's custody of Michael Jackson's children re-instated, after Judge Mitchell Beckloff gave temporary guardianship of the kids to Tito Jackson's son, T.J.

"Randy (Jackson) texted me during the court proceedings and said that Katherine was on her way back to Los Angeles. I will be going back to court in the very near future to have her guardianship of Michael Jackson's children re-instated," Sanders told RadarOnline.com exclusively.

As previously reported, Los Angeles Judge Mitchell Beckloff made the ruling in an emergency guardianship hearing Wednesday morning, appointing Tito Jackson’s son as the temporary guardian of Prince, Paris and Blanket Jackson. The children have been embroiled in a vicious family struggle for more than a week now as the Jackson siblings are battling over the late King of Pop’s will, which half of them claim is fake. The will was validated as legit over two years ago, and there have been three failed attempts to have the will invalidated.

Michael’s nephew T.J. has been a constant presence in the children’s lives and for the time being will become their temporary guardian. T.J. Jackson got extremely emotional during the hearing and told the judge that when he spoke to his grandmother on the telephone, she didn't sound like herself, and thought other people were on the phone listening to the conversation.

Katherine Jackson was finally able to talk to her grandchildren after more than a week Tuesday night after her attorney flew to Tucscon, Arizona where Katherine has been holed up all week with no access to a telephone, computer or television.

Katherine's bid to regain guardianship of the children may not be a quick and simple procedure as Diana Ross, who was named as back-up guardian in Michael's will and Debbie Rowe, mother to the two oldest children, must be given formal legal notice of the custody proceedings. Rowe has expressed concern about the children potentially being raised by any of Michael's siblings.

TJ hat erstmal die zeitlich eingeschränkte (vorläufige) Vormundschaft für die Kinder zugesprochen bekommen ... ob er sie später dann auch "endgültig" bekommen sollte, bleibt abzuwarten ...

Warum sollte es denn nicht OK sein ????

aber egal, welche Entscheidungen dort vor Gericht fallen ... entweder man findet sie richtig
oder falsch ... da hat jeder seine eigene Meinung zu ... :)

Unlike Randy and Jermaine Jackson ... Marlon, Tito, and Jackie have NEVER tried to suckle from the teat of the Michael Jackson estate -- this according to well informed sources.

We're told the financial motives of Randy and Jermaine have splintered the family -- because the other siblings have refused to ask the estate for a handout since Michael died.

If anything, the factionalization shows how sharply divided the family has become after being left out of Michael's will.

As for TJ's new role as temporary guardian of MJ's kids -- we're told Tito, Marlon, and Jackie fully support the court's decision.

wenn ich mit das alles so betrachte, haben die Jacksons einen Riesenimageverlust erlitten durch diesen "Staatsstreich" und sie müssen sich nicht wundern, wenn alle über sie herziehen. Davon abgesehen ist es trotzdem sehr unterhaltsam, findest Du nicht auch. Man braucht kein Fernsehen mehr und eigentlich ist man auch von der Außenwelt abgeschnitten, wenn man alles lesen will über diese "Fuckery".
Empörend finde ich es allemal, aber nur den Kindern gegenüber. Was können die dafür, daß sie da hineingeboren wurden, die hat keiner gefragt. Sie hatten nur ihren Daddy und sie waren sehr eng mit ihm und jetzt schon wieder eine Umstellung, na ich weiß nicht, ob das so gut ist. Besonders tut mir der Kleine leid. Die anderen haben ja zur Not noch eine Mutter, die das aber auch nicht sehr interessiert, sonst hätte sie mal Tabula rasa gemacht. Ich verstehe das alles nicht.
Hoffen wir mal, daß sie wirklich gut mit diesem TJ auskommen und er es ehrlich meint mit ihnen.
Tito wird dann auch oft zu Besuch kommen. Aber das werden wir sicher in Zukunft nicht mehr erfahren. :D

Drama im Hause Jackson! Michael Jacksons (†50) Mutter Katherine (82) hat die Vormundschaft für seine Kinder Michael (15), Paris (14) und Blanket (10) verloren!

Wie das Online-Portal „Tmz.com“ berichtet, übernimmt Cousin TJ Jackson (34) die vorläufige Vormundschaft, bis das Gericht eine endgültige Entscheidung trifft.

Auch Popstar Diana Ross (68) könnte der neue Vormund der drei Jackson-Kids werden, der King of Pop hatte die Sängerin in seinem Testament als Nachfolgerin seiner Mutter benannt.

Vor der heutigen Anhörung soll sich Katherine Jackson, die mehrere Tage als verschwunden galt, auf den Weg zurück nach Kalifornien gemacht haben.

Die Matriarchin des Jackson-Klans war von einem Neffen vermisst gemeldet worden und hatte den Angaben nach zehn Tage keinen telefonischen Kontakt zu ihren Enkeln Prince, Paris und Blanket, obwohl sie unter ihrer Obhut standen. Ihr Sohn Randy sagte dem Fernsehsender ABC am Mittwoch, seine Mutter habe sich in Arizona erholt.

Mehrere US-Medien hatten spekuliert, dass die 82-Jährige von einigen Familienmitgliedern „entführt” worden war. Der Klan sei über Michael Jacksons Testament zerstritten. Dieses teile das Vermögen des früheren „King of Pop” nur unter Mutter Katherine, den Kindern und wohltätigen Organisationen auf, lasse die Geschwister aber leer ausgehen. Bruder Tito sprach am Dienstag von einem „Coup” einiger seiner Geschwister.

Bereits seit Tagen überschlagen sich die Ereignisse:

► Marlon Jackson (55) bricht während eines Interviews mit „The Insider“ in Tränen aus, verlässt plötzlich das Set. Vorher hatte er erklärt: „Man hat uns gesagt, unsere Mutter ist in Sicherheit. Aber ich konnte bislang nicht mit ihr sprechen und ich weiß nicht, wo sie ist. Ich weiß nur, dass sie sich in Arizona aufhält. Welcher Arzt auch immer sagt, ich darf nicht mit meiner Mutter sprechen... du solltest MICH anrufen!“

► Angeblich kam es zwischen den Geschwistern Janet (46) und Jermaine (57) Jackson zu einem heftigen Streit um die Kinder ihres toten Bruders Michael. Bei dem Versuch, Jackos Kids aus dem Haus zu holen, soll es sogar zu körperlichen Auseinandersetzungen gekommen sein. Polizeisprecher Steve Whitmore bestätigte einen Zwischenfall, Beamte seien am Montag zum Haus von Katherine Jackson gerufen worden.

► Janet Jackson soll nicht nur mit Bruder Jermaine eine heftige Auseinandersetzung gehabt haben. Sie soll mit Nichte Paris gerangelt, dabei „spoiled little b****“ (verwöhntes kleines Miststück) geschrien haben. Und zwar bei dem Versuch, die Kinder mit Hilfe ihrer Brüder aus dem Haus zu zerren. Paris soll sich gewehrt haben: „This is our house. Not the Jackson family house. Get the f*** out!“ (Das ist unser Haus, nicht das Haus der Familie Jackson. Verschwinde!), soll Paris geantwortet haben. Das berichtet die britische Zeitung „Daily Mail“.

► In einem Brief, der vor Kurzem an die Öffentlichkeit gelangte, fordern Michael Jacksons Geschwister Randy (50), Jermaine, Janet, Tito (58) und Rebbie (61) die Aufgabe der Nachlassverwaltung. Die Geschwister behaupten, die Verantwortung für das Jacko-Erbe sei zu viel Stress für ihre 82 Jahre alte Mutter, sie habe deshalb bereits einen „Mini-Schlaganfall“ erlitten. Bruder Randy behauptet außerdem, die Nachlassverwalter seien kriminell und hätten an Michaels Testament herumgeschraubt.

► Paris Jackson schwört Rache! „9 Tage und ich zähle weiter”, schreibt Paris auf ihrer Twitter-Seite. So lange hatte sie zum Zeitpunkt des Twitter-Eintrages keinen Kontakt mehr zu ihrer Großmutter. Die 14-Jährige schreibt: „So wahr mir Gott helfe. Wer auch immer Schuld daran hat, wird dafür büßen.”

ja, diese "Aktion" dürfte sie viele Sympathiepunkte gekostet haben ... auch wenn sie es jetzt so hinstellen wollen, dass es doch nie um Geld ging - hmmm, worum denn dann - sondern darum, dass sie keine vollständige Aufklärung rund um den Tod von MJ erhalten haben ...

aber in ihrem Brief, greifen sie doch Branca & Co. an, weil das Testament in ihren Augen ein Fake sei ...

ja, was da alles abläuft ist mehr als empörend ... die Kinder können einem schon leid tun ...
am 25.06.2009 aus ihrem behüteten "Dasein" gerissen und jetzt dieses Theater ... wir wissen aber nicht, was da bisher schon alles hinter den Kulissen abgelaufen ist ...
und das mit Debbie, hatten wir ja schon, vielleicht kann sie gar nicht wie sie möchte ...
aber sie soll wohl auch von dem Vormundschaftsrichter angehört werden ...

also auch der Richter hat sich durchaus positiv über TJ geäußert ... und die Kinder sollen ihn sehr gut kennen, da er sich bereits in der "Vergangenheit" um die Kinder gekümmert hatte ... er soll wie ein Vater zu ihnen sein ...

ja, auch Tito, aber auch die anderen werden mehr oder weniger immer zum Leben der Kinder gehören ... es ist Familie ... und wie die Kinder dann später mal die verwandtschaftlichen Kontakte hegen und pflegen, werden sie schon selbst entscheiden ... :)

wenn man sich das Bild ansieht, wo Katherine neben ihrer Tochter Rebbie sitzt, kann man erkennen, dass Katherine nicht so aussieht wie sonst immer ... sie scheint nicht sie selbst gewesen zu sein ... sie wirkte wie etwas weggetreten, ja wie unter Medikamenten stehend ...

'Drugged' Up

Katherine Jackson called her home in Calabasas at 2 AM today and again at 4 AM, sounding "drugged" and ordering that the security team be fired and replaced by Janet Jackson's security ... TMZ has learned.

A lawyer in court today made reference to "an incident" last night -- this is the incident. Sources involved in the situation tell TMZ ... people in the house were "alarmed and nervous" after hearing Katherine sounding heavily drugged.

In addition to attempting to 86 the security team, Katherine ordered Trent Jackson off the property. You may recall, Jackson's security -- and Trent in particular -- thwarted Monday's attempt by Randy, Jermaine and Janet to take the kids to Arizona.

Our sources say the prevailing view is that Randy and company have drugged their mom.

We're also told Jackie Jackson is furious at his conspiratorial siblings for what they've done and what they are trying to do.

We were unable to get Randy for comment.

Katherine's lawyer, Perry Sanders, tells TMZ ... "I'm waiting on Katherine to get back in town and I'm looking forward to getting a hold of her to ascertain what's been going on."

Because no Jackson family drama is complete without Papa Joe ... Katherine's estranged husband has finally come to town ... and moments ago, he arrived to the family's famous home in Encino, CA.

It's the first time we've seen Joe Jackson since Katherine was reported missing over the weekend.

Joe -- who spends most of his time in Vegas and rarely comes to L.A. -- pulled up at the Jackson compound roughly 30 minutes ago in a black Mercedes with Nevada plates, wearing his trademark fedora. We're told he checked the mail and disappeared into the home.

Katherine is currently on her way back to L.A.

No word on how long Joe plans to stay in town ... or if he plans to meet up with the family to try and end the drama.

Was für eine Verwirrung herrscht denn momentan im Jackson-Clan? Neben den allgemein bekannten Streitigkeiten unter den Familienmitgliedern seit dem Ableben von Musik-Legende Michael Jackson (†50) kam in letzter Zeit noch das plötzliche Verschwinden von Mama-Jackson Katherine (82) hinzu. Und nebenbei haben die Kinder des verstorbenen Künstlers nun einen neuen Vormund bekommen.

Doch damit nicht genug: Wie der Online-Dienst TMZ verlauten ließ, hat die 82-Jährige wohl zusätzlich eine neue Erfahrung mit Drogen gemacht. Zumindest wenn man dem Bericht eines Anwalts glaubt, der behauptet, Katherine hätte ihr Zuhause in Calabasas in der Nacht von Dienstag auf Mittwoch um zwei und um vier Uhr morgens absolut „zugedröhnt“ angerufen. Alamiert und besorgt seien die Leute im Hause deswegen gewesen. Dabei soll sie angeordnet haben, dass das gesamte Security-Team vor die Tür gesetzt werden sollte, und von Janet Jacksons (46) Sicherheitskräften ersetzt werden müsste. Zudem verlangte sie, dass Trent Jackson sofort das Gelände zu verlassen hätte. Wir erinnern uns: Trent ist derjenige Neffe der Matriarchin, der sie zuvor als vermisst bei der Polizei gemeldet hatte.

Im Moment soll es übrigens ganz danach aussehen, als wäre Katherine von ihren eigenen Kindern auf Drogen gesetzt worden. Jackie Jackson (61) soll deswegen mächtig sauer auf ihre Geschwister sein. Wie das wohl weitergeht? Wir bleiben dran!

Judge appoints temp guardian for Jackson children

LOS ANGELES (AP) — A judge on Wednesday stepped into the turmoil roiling the Jackson family, appointing the son of Tito Jackson to serve as temporary guardian of Michael Jackson's children in the absence of the family matriarch and in the midst a feud over the pop superstar's estate.

Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff temporarily suspended Katherine Jackson as the children's guardian because she is in Arizona and hadn't spoken with them in several days. He appointed Tito Joe "TJ" Jackson to serve as temporary guardian with the ability to control the hilltop home where the children live and to take on other supervision duties.

Beckloff said there was no evidence that Katherine Jackson had done anything wrong but instead it appeared she was being prevented from fulfilling her role as guardian through the "intentional acts of third parties." He didn't elaborate.

He also said the children — Prince, Paris and Blanket — cannot be taken outside California without court approval.

The developments came after days of turmoil among the Jackson family that included a relative reporting Katherine Jackson missing before she was located safely with other family members in Arizona and an altercation between relatives on Monday.

Jermaine Jackson has said his mother was following doctor's orders to cut off communications with the children, who range in ages from 10 to 15. He didn't provide further details.

Katherine Jackson's lawyer, Perry Sanders Jr., said she had high blood pressure before she left for Arizona.

His co-counsel, Sandra Ribera, expressed concerned that Katherine Jackson may have been held against her will. She said one of the singer's children told her a conversation with the 82-year-old woman on Tuesday seemed to be monitored and influenced by others in the room.

Arizona authorities contacted Katherine Jackson on Sunday evening and it was determined she was safe, though her lack of communication with her grandchildren was described by TJ Jackson and others as unusual and unprecedented.

In addition to concerns about the safety of Jackson's children, some of Michael Jackson's siblings have recently called on the executors of his estate to resign.

Randy Jackson appeared Tuesday on Al Sharpton's MSNBC show PoliticsNation and said he believes his brother's will is a fake and that the executors have engaged in criminal activity.

The estate, which recently reported it saw $475 million in gross earning since Jackson's death in June 2009, has denied wrongdoing and called the accusations "false and defamatory."

The Jackson children have remained at the home they share with their grandmother in suburban Calabasas amid questions about Katherine Jackson's whereabouts and why she hadn't spoken with them since July 15.

Sheriff's deputies were called to the house on Monday after two factions of the family were involved in Monday's driveway confrontation. The incident remains under investigation.

Beckloff, who also oversees financial issues affecting Jackson's estate, was initially reluctant to appoint a temporary guardian but changed his mind after hearing from several attorneys who expressed concern about the family's problems.

TJ Jackson filed his petition under seal but appeared in court and was appointed temporary guardian after describing a "strange" conversation he had with Katherine Jackson on Tuesday evening.

"I've never heard my grandmother talk like that," he said reluctantly. "In every way. The sound in her voice. The pauses."

He said some of her speech sounded slurred and she used words that made him wonder if she was speaking in code.

The children's guardian ad litem, Margaret Lodise, said she spoke with the children and the two oldest, Prince and Paris, supported the appointment of a temporary guardian. Lodise did not ask the youngest son, 10-year-old Blanket, for his views.

Beckloff ordered TJ Jackson's attorney Charles Shultz to give notice of his ruling to two other potential guardians — singer Diana Ross and Debbie Rowe, who is the mother of the eldest Jackson children. Ross was named in Michael Jackson's 2002 will as a potential guardian if his mother was not able to serve.

"Debbie is watching the situation carefully, and wishing for Katherine's speedy recovery," her attorney Eric George wrote in an email.

Schultz said TJ Jackson didn't want to replace Katherine Jackson as permanent guardian. Still, the judge noted that TJ Jackson would have to petition to become the permanent guardian within 48 hours and added that such a petition might not be heard if Katherine Jackson re-emerges.

Sanders said after the hearing that he had received word that she was returning Wednesday to Los Angeles. He said he would seek her reinstatement as guardian after speaking with her and would fight any move to have her permanently replaced.

He said he met with Randy and Janet Jackson in Tucson, Ariz., on Tuesday, but he was not allowed to see his client. He said he still hoped the recent events were a misunderstanding, but he described them as "chaos."

huch ist was passiert? Bin gerade aufgewacht und geh erst mal in mein Bett. Hab nur das Letzte gelesen, ja der Randy kommt mir auch vor, als ob er nicht richtig ist, er ist von der Taaj Malik infiziert worden.

Vielleicht wohnt der Joe in Encino-Haus? Und keiner hats gemerkt. Oder er hat Kathrine da abgesetzt, sie hat sich dort verkrochen und die schmieden da alle ihre Pläne, damit die Kinder das nicht mitbekommen. Sie sollen ja außen vor bleiben und über nichts informiert werden, hat man ja jetzt gesehen.
Und ich bin immer noch der Meinung, Kathrine war bei Rebbie zu Besuch und hat über alles Bescheid gewußt. Es war ein lang ausgeheckter Plan und sie war involviert. Ha ich lasse mich nicht täuschen, sie ist ganz besonders eng mit Randy und Rebbie, nein, da könnt Ihr alle sagen, was Ihr wollt. Ich bin da auch resistent genau wie Randy :D

Katherine Jackson has been temporarily stripped of her guardianship over Michael Jackson's 3 kids, and an L.A. judge just appointed Tito Jackson's son TJ to become the temporary guardian.

And there's more ... Judge Mitch Beckloff advised TJ and his lawyer, Charles Shultz, to seek a permanent guardianship, after hearing stories that Katherine may have been held against her will "from third parties." Translation -- Randy, Janet, Jermaine and Rebbie.

Before handing down the ruling, TJ's lawyer told the judge TJ got a strange phone call from Katherine yesterday. TJ said, "I've never heard my grandmother talk like that." TJ added, "She wasn't sharp. The pauses, choice of vocabulary ... she has not used certain phrases like that before." TJ thought she was talking in code. TJ choked up as he addressed the court.

TMZ broke the story that TJ would make this move -- a move supported by Paris, Prince, and Blanket, as well as the Michael Jackson Estate.

The judge said Katherine was not suspended for wrongdoing, but that she was prevented from doing her guardianship by the third parties who are clearly Randy, Janet, Jermaine and Rebbie.

Katherine's lawyer, Sandra Ribera, added that she (Sandra) has been to the house several times recently and believes Katherine has been held against her will.

Katherine's lawyer, Perry Sanders, says he would vigorously oppose any move to permanently strip Katherine of her guardianship duties.

Perry also says ... when Katherine returns to L.A., he will file a motion to reinstate her as guardian.
