Wanda Maximoff: Isis, Auset, Ariel
Wong (the Asian with a whip): I think this one means the Dalai Lama.
Kaecilius: possibly Azazel, Tauron (I think that Putin is an incarnation of Azazel)

Multiverse of Madness: approximately Twitter (LOL)

Prof Xavier: Illuminati

There is an Illuminatibot on Twiiter that appears authentic and related to that group of mages.

The Illuminati do exist and are present on Twitter, but I haven't had much contact with them so far.
