Eh, cigarettes, I'm fine with how we treat those. Alcohol I think we could loosen up a bit, but drunk driving is a bigger problem here because so many more people own cars. As for pot, more and more states are decriminalizing possession, allowing medical marijuana, or considering full legalization - it's just a low process. Even in Europe, there's not many countries where it's fully legal, so the Netherlands is kind of the exception rather than the rule.

I've tried a cigarette or two. They were nothing special. They're only special to you because you've had so many that you're addicted.

You get addicted to tobacco very, very fast. And they're just as addictive as heroine. So yeah, it's fucking hard to quit smoking and not to start again. I smoke since I was 15... I don't know how many I've had, but I think hundreds of thousands.

I had some periods when I didn't smoke, so I calculated the number of cigarettes I smoked since the age of 15. About 75,000. Not as much as I thought, but still...

Pretty much, yeah. You see, smoking can actually be beneficial sometimes. If you've had a hard time, they calm you down. You get in contact with others more easily. I don't wanna advocate smoking, I'm just telling what occurs to me. And part I just smoke out of boredom.

I could eat junk food all damn day and I wouldn't gain weight. I weigh about 110 lbs. and that just refuses to change.
