but with blunts. "If you like to pvp stoned" is pretty self-explanatory. Then "dopest" means "most awesome," but dope is also an old name for weed. Rolled is gaming slang for created, like if you stop playing your old character and make a new one, you're "rerolling" - comes from pencil and paper RPGs where making a new character literally meant rolling new stats with dice. Of course, "rolled" also pertains to rolling a blunt, so yeah. There are a lot of layers to it.
