Weiter probieren. Nur nicht aufgeben. Ist jetzt zwar leicht dahingesagt, aber das ist meiner Meinung nach das Einzigste, was du tun kannst.

Dieses System hier macht es einen aber auch nicht leicht. Ich erlebe das immer wieder.

Mh, das kommt mir seltsam vor... das Alter ist hier ein Vorteil - nicht direkt, weil das würde illegal sein - aber ältere Menschen tendieren mehrere Jahre Erfahrung zu haben, und jede Firma sucht Anwärter mit langjährige Erfahrungen.

Eh, das ist auch hier kein Zuckerlecken. Wenn jede Firma Anwärter mit langjährige Erfahrungen sucht, dann für neue Absolventen ist es schwierig. Sogar ich... ich hab jetzt circa 2 Jahre Erfahrung, aber viele Stellenausschreibung bestimmen 3-5 Jahre. Und ein festangestelltes Job würde richtig nice sein...

In germany, we have the same situation. In the job applications (oder wie nennt man die Stellenausschreibungen ?) you can see that the company onyl search for the ideal case:
for example:
We search a new member for our team. This candidate must have several years of experience,.....
But when you try to apply, than you can come to an interview very often. although you haven´t this much experience

Since you wanted to improve your English, btw, remember your verb conjugation. Company is third-person singular, so it needs an -s... or in this case -es because -chs isn't allowed as an ending. So "the company only searches"

Also, it's often more idiomatic to use a gerund construction. That is, instead of "We search for" most people would say "We are searching for" ... implying that the search is still ongoing, but is expected to end at some point in the foreseeable future.

"We search" would be like if you asked a group of treasure hunters what they do for a living - "We search for treasure!"
