There are helpful (and funny) subtitles. With videos like these you can train to listen to people who are talking english.

Dolan comics? Seriously? Some of them might be funny (yes, I love dark humor :D ) but only native speakers and those who possess very advanced knowledge of the English language will be able to understand them properly.

A lot of them are short and easy. My english is not good enough to have a discussion in english language, but about 7 of 10 Dolan Comics are easy to understand.

That comic in my post is easy.

More or less. You have to think twice because of the intended misspellings. However, I wouldn't recommend them for beginners. Rage comics are far better for that purpose. In fact, I learned a lot of words from them too. :vv:

Nooo, not for beginners. :D Beginner have to start with Rage Comics.

I've heared of South Park in english language with german subtitles. But I don't know where I can find it on german TV.

On croatian TV I am looking english films with croatian subtitles. There are also spanish, italian, turkisch etc series and films on tv, but I want only english. :D

Oh yes, that's true. Once I was for an internship abroad (Auslandspraktikum) in france. My english is better than before because I speak only a few words in france and the people there don't speak english or just a little bit. I explained and asked them a lot of things very slow again and again. And I decoded their bad english. :D

Few years ago I started watching MTV. German subtitles. Things like "Date My Mum, My sweet 16, Hogan Knows Best". Helped me a lot.
Few years after that I started to look for the translation of my favourite songs.
