"f" has universal meanings as a slang. basically i know 3 meanings about "match". ex, 1)a box of matches 2) football match 3)love match

to match,

something that fits, counterpart of something, some kind ofgame (football, basketball and so on), some kind of fight (boxing and so on), it is alsoa word for marriage, "to be a match for someone" means that you can mess with him or her,"to find one's match" is to find his/her master,

And I think I haven't evenfound all meanings yet ;-)

grey I know a page with very good excercises and explainings about the english grammar,but i forgot the adress :D

I could ask my teacher tomorrow in school and tell uat the evening, if u want

I recommend the Longman Stuedent Grammar. It is an exhaustive study of English grammar,we use it at university.

why??
to understand english, use babelfish (altafista).
wheni need time and work to translate english to german, why shouln´t need the other sidetime and work to translate my english in good english?
