I'm constantly looking for phrases which are commonly used in english speaking countries, for example:

A piece of cake which means "Es ist ein Kinderspiel"

Not on my watch! - Mit mir nicht!

Never say die! - Nie die Hoffnung verlieren!

Not my cup of tea / coffee = Ist nicht nach meinem Geschmack / Ist nicht mein Ding

Und der Klassiker:

Misery loves company = Ein Unglück kommt selten allein
