Just like her father, Paris Jackson loves animals.

And they seemed to tolerate her with saintly patience during a weekend visit to her mother Debbie Rowe's home in rural Palmdale, California.

The 15-year-old daughter of the late Michael Jackson shared some of her precious furry creature moments on Twitter, but there wasn't a chimp in sight.

On Sunday Paris posted a picture of herself and her surprisingly calm fair-feathered friend, writing: 'Taking selfies with my favorite chicken.'

The precocious teen also shared a cute picture of her dozing tan and white mix breed dog while wearing a hot pink bikini stuffed with dollar bills.

Paris followed that up by posting a 10-second video of herself blowing air into the ear of her snoozing German shepherd, writing in the caption: 'Annoying the crap out of him.'

Paris, who is sporting a red pixie hairdo these days, certainly is enjoying the cowgirl lifestyle.

The aspiring actress showed off some more of her antics as she spent time with her mother's horses.

Paris climbed up on the metal fence and started singing at the top of her lungs while making funny faces at the beautiful creatures.

The horse of course just stared back at her with mellow brown eyes while her mother looked on.

The high desert air certainly affected Paris in a big way.

Paris was clad in cut-off denim shorts, a black tank top, cowgirl boots and a Stetson hat.

She was in an especially lighthearted mood, giving curious onlookers the peace sign while peering from beneath her sheltering chapeau.

Elvis' connection to Michael Jackson's death enters trial

Los Angeles (CNN) -- AEG Live co-CEO Paul Gongaware, whose career as a concert promoter started with Elvis Presley's last tours, testifies Tuesday about Michael Jackson's final days.

Gongaware, who was one of the top producers of Jackson's comeback concerts, takes the stand as the Michael Jackson wrongful death trial enters its fifth week in a Los Angeles courtroom.

Jackson's mother and children are suing AEG Live for liability in the pop icon's death, accusing the concert promoter of negligently hiring, retaining or supervising Dr. Conrad Murray, the physician convicted of involuntary manslaughter.

AEG lawyers contend that Michael Jackson chose, hired and supervised Murray and that his bad decisions were fueled by a drug addiction their executives had no way of knowing about.

The Elvis connection

Elvis' name is expected to come up as Jackson's lawyers question Gongaware about his knowledge of drug use during concert tours. He should have been able to recognize red flags warning about Jackson's drug use because of his experience with Presley and his time as Jackson's tour manager in the 1990s, they contend.

When Gongaware was managing Jackson's 1993 tour he warned the tour doctor "Don't be a Dr. Nick" -- a reference to Elvis Presley's last physician -- the doctor testified in a deposition.

"Dr. Nick was the doctor whose overprescription of drugs to Elvis had led to Elvis' death," according to a court filing by lawyers for the Jackson family.

Presley collapsed in the bathroom of his Memphis, Tennessee, mansion -- Graceland -- on August 16, 1977, at the age of 42. While his death was ruled the result of an irregular heartbeat, the autopsy report was sealed amid accusations that abuse of prescription drugs caused the problem.

"Dr. Nick" -- Dr. George Nichopoulos -- said later he was treating Presley for insomnia. He was charged with over-prescribing drugs to Presley, but he was acquitted. He later lost his medical license in another case.

Jackson died on June 25, 2009, at the age of 50. The coroner ruled his death was caused by a fatal combination of sedatives and the surgical anesthetic propofol. Murray told investigators he gave Jackson nightly infusions of propofol to treat his insomnia. He was convicted of involuntary manslaughter, sentenced to four years in prison and stripped of his medical license.

The Jackson lawyers are using Gongaware's Elvis and "Dr. Nick" reference to argue that "AEG knew Jackson had suffered chronic substance abuse and drug dependency problems for many years."

"Shortly after he joined the 'Dangerous' tour in 1993, Dr. Finkelstein was asked to treat Jackson for pain," the Jackson filing said, referring to Dr. Stuart Finkelstein, a doctor on the 1993 tour.

"Having observed signs of opiate addiction in Jackson, Dr. Finkelstein nonetheless administered Demerol by injection, and administered morphine intravenously in Jackson's Bangkok hotel room for 24 hours."

After that, Finkelstein told Gongaware "he thought Jackson had an opiate dependency problem," the filing said.

"For three and a half months, the 'Dangerous' tour continued," it said. "Another doctor attended Jackson regularly, on one occasion breaking into Dr. Finkelstein's bag to get opiates to administer to Jackson. Gongaware was there the whole time, in charge of tour logistics, aware of the various physicians present, and he discussed with Dr. Finkelstein Jackson's opiate problem."

When Gongaware warned Dr. Finkelstein, who the brief described as his "close friend," not to become Jackson's "Dr. Nick," he was "warning me, you know, don't get all infatuated where you start administering meds to a rock star and have the rock star overdose and die on you," Dr. Finkelstein testified.

The 'smoking gun'

Gongaware is also a key witness because he wrote what Jackson's lawyers call the "smoking gun" e-mail which they argue shows AEG Live executives used Murray's fear of losing his lucrative job as Jackson's personal physician to pressure him to have Jackson ready for rehearsals despite his fragile health.

Gongaware's e-mail to show director Kenny Ortega, sent 11 days before Jackson's death, addressed concerns that Murray had kept Jackson from a rehearsal the day before: "We want to remind (Murray) that it is AEG, not MJ, who is paying his salary. We want to remind him what is expected of him." Gongaware, in a video deposition played in court on the first day of the trial, said he could not remember writing the e-mail.

"They put Dr. Murray in a position where if he said Michael can't go or can't play, if he said I can't give you those drugs, then he doesn't get paid," Jackson lawyer Brian Panish told jurors in his opening statements.

AEG lawyer Marvin Putnam said in his opening statement that Gongaware and other AEG executives had no way of knowing about Jackson's use of propofol to sleep.

"AEG knew nothing about this decade-long propofol use," Putnam said. "They were a concert promoter. How could they know?"

Gongaware will also face questions about an e-mail in which he seemed to question Jackson's commitment to his "This Is It" tour.

"We cannot be forced into stopping this, which MJ will try to do because he is lazy and constantly changes his mind to fit his immediate wants," he wrote to his boss, AEG Live President Randy Phillips.

Jackson make up artist Karen Faye testified earlier abut an incident in which Gongaware became frustrated because Jackson locked himself in a bathroom at his home, refusing to leave for rehearsals at the Forum. Gongaware was "angry and kind of desperate to get Michael to the Forum," Faye said.

She overheard Gongaware screaming on the phone at Jackson's security guard, telling him "to get him out of the bathroom. Do you have a key? Do whatever it takes."

'Trouble at the Front'

Jackson lawyers are also expected to ask Gongaware about e-mails he received that raised questions about Jackson's health in the last weeks of his life.

"This Is It" production director John "Bugzee" Houghdahl wrote to him on June 19, 2009 -- six days before Jackson died -- "I have watched him deteriorate in front of my eyes over the last 8 weeks. He was able to do multiple 360 spins back in April. He'd fall on his ass if he tried now."

Houghdahl's e-mail, titled "trouble at the Front" was written after Ortega sent Jackson home from a rehearsal because of his strange behavior.

"He was a basket case and Kenny was concerned he would embarrass himself on stage, or worse yet -- get hurt," Houghdahl wrote. "The company is rehearsing right now, but the DOUBT is pervasive."

Wade's lawyers fired off a cease and desist letter to Papa Jackson on May 25, accusing him of slander and warning JJ to stop dragging Wade's name through the mud.

The letter cites a video TMZ posted​ ... in which Joe tells our photog Wade is being PAID to lie about the whole "Michael Jackson molested me" thing ... as part of some giant conspiracy.

Wade's lawyers unload on Joe for the accusation, writing, "Your statement is particularly reprehensible in light of the fact that [Wade] has only recently been able to come forward which is so typically characteristic and tragic for so many survivors of sexual abuse."

It continues, "Any trier of fact would conclude your statement was malicious, intended to further injure our client."

Then come the threats ... Wade's lawyers say they will not hesitate to "take any and all appropriate legal measures to vehemently protect the truth and commence legal action."

Translation -- giant lawsuit.

Paris Jackson, die Tochter von Michael Jackson, scheint Spaß am Cowgirl-Dasein zu haben. Seit einiger Zeit scheint sie sich wieder sehr gut mit ihrer Mutter Debbie Rowe zu verstehen, und die hat eine Ranch. An ihrem Geburtstag feierte Paris Jackson mit ihrer Mutter, die die zweite Frau von Michael Jackson war. Wird Paris nun ein richtiges Cowgirl?

Wer von Paris Jackson hört, denkt vermutlich als erstes an ihren Vater Michael Jackson, den King of Pop. Inzwischen hat der süße Teenager sich wieder an Mutter Debbie Roww angenähert. Angeblich sollen die beiden sich wieder richtig nahe stehen. Sogar Paris Jacksons 15. Geburtstag sollen die beiden gemeinsam gefeiert haben, und zwar auf Debbies Ranch in Palmdale, Kalifornien. Und das Leben als Cowgirl scheint der Tochter von Michael Jackson richtig gut zu gefallen! Jedenfalls sehen ihre Schnappschüsse ganz danach aus.

Tierisch gut drauf

Ob das Michael Jackson wohl gefallen hätte? Bestimmt - denn Paris sieht einfach nur glücklich aus. Sie alberte auf der Ranch ihrer Mutter mit den Tieren herum. Laut viply.de verbrachte sie Zeit mit den Pferden, machte Selbstporträts mit ihrem Lieblingshuhn. Was das Huhn wohl davon hielt, von Paris Jackson abgelichtet zu werden? Immerhin hatte es mehr Glück als der Hund, den Paris in einen pinken Bikini gesteckt hatte. Noch dazu stopfte sie ihn mit Dollar-Scheinen voll! Das wird dem Hund vermutlich egal gewesen sein, solange Paris Jackson ihn am Bauch kraulte. Schön, dass sie nach dem Tod von Michael Jackson trotzdem fröhlich sein kann.

Paul Gongaware Declaration

Gongaware say when they produce a tour they would advance the costs on artists behalf and the artist is responsible for it and pays it back from his/her share. (He makes it sound like the TII deal was a standard deal that they do). He says this gave Michael significant control over the tour staff and he choose those people himself.

Gongaware say he tried to convince Michael to get a UK physician but he wanted Murray adamantly. Gongaware says he told this request to Phillips and he tried to change Michael's mind as well. So Gongaware says he ultimately agreed to facilitate the contract with Murray at Michael's request. He called Murray late April - early May and Murray asked for $5 Million. Gongaware calls this demand unreasonable and tells it to Michael. Michael counter offers $150,000 a month and Murray agrees.

Gongaware then delegates the contract issue to Woolley who got Katie Jorrie to help. Gongaware says he didn't see the drafts and had no involvement in the contract phase.

Gongaware gets one email on June 14 but the information about the email is redacted.

Gongaware says he met with Murray once (seems to be June meeting) to discuss Michael's nutrition and stamina. Gongaware says Murray told him Michael is in good health and he didn't need anything from AEG. Gongaware states that he didn't supervise Murray's treatment.

Gongaware says Michael asked him to change the tour schedule in April or May and they did so to put more days between performances. Gongaware says Michael did not make any more requests to him and Michael did not ask the tour to be postponed or cancelled.

Gongaware says he never tried to prevent Michael from seeing any doctor, he never told Michael or his doctors what medicine he should or should not take. Gongaware says he never required Michael to take propofol and he didn't have any idea Michael was taking Propofol until he read it reported in the media after Michael's death. Gongaware says he didn't know what Propofol is.

Gongaware says he didn't provide medicine or equipment to Murray. He says Murray only mentioned he might need some medical equipment in London in their first May 2009 phone call but he never told what specific equipment he might need to Gongaware and never asked Gongaware for any equipment.

Gongaware repeats he asked Murray in June 2009 if he needed anything from AEG and he said he did not need anything.

Gongaware says Murray assured him Michael's was in excellent health and Gongaware personally did not see anything to suggest otherwise.

Ihr Vater Michael Jackson versuchte sie vor der Öffentlichkeit zu schützen. Vier Jahre nach seinem Tod inszeniert sich Paris lustig auf Twitter. Unbeschwert scheint ihr Leben jedoch trotzdem nicht.

Eine Ranch mit Westernpferden ist ihr neuer Rückzugsort. Paris Jackson verbringt gerade viel Zeit bei ihrer Mutter Debbie Rowe in Palmdale, Kalifornien. Sie kuschelt mit Tieren, tanzt auf den Stangen eines Zauns und strahlt verschmitzt unter der Krempe ihres Cowboyhutes hervor. Strähnen ihrer rot gefärbten Kurzhaarfrisur im Gesicht. Den Paparazzi schickt sie ein „Peace“-Zeichen, fragt sie sogar, ob sie Pizza mitbestellen wollen. Gelöst und glücklich wirkt die 16-Jährige hier. Und das ist keine Selbstverständlichkeit, schließlich hatte Paris lange Zeit keinen Kontakt zu ihrer Mum.

Mit Michael Jackson war diese von 1996 bis 1999 verheiratet gewesen, hatte bei der Scheidung das Sorgerecht für Paris und ihren Bruder Prince komplett abgegeben. Erst seit dem Tod des "King of Pop" im Jahr 2009 nähern sich Mutter und Tochter an. Angeblich will Paris nun den Großteil des Sommers bei ihr verbringen.

Und noch etwas hat sich mit dem Verlust ihres Vaters verändert. Früher musste sie Masken in der Öffentlichkeit tragen, weil er sie vor neugierigen Blicken abschirmen wollte. Heute bewegt sie sich nicht nur frei und ohne Verschleierung, sondern sucht auch das Rampenlicht. Auf Twitter postet der Promi-Spross beinahe täglich Fotos von sich. Mal zeigt sie sich beim Schlagzeugspielen, mal beim Skateboarden, mal nimmt sie im Stall ein Huhn auf den Arm und kommentiert „Ein Selbstporträt mit meiner Lieblingshenne“. Ein Mini-Film zeigt, wie sie ihren schlafenden Hund ärgert, indem sie ihm ins Ohr pustet. In einem anderen hat sie ihre Morgenroutine zusammengeschnitten: Aufstehen, Schuluniform anziehen, Zähneputzen. Womit sie die Fans immer wieder zum Schmelzen bringt, sind ihre eisblauen Augen – ein Erbstück ihrer Mutter.

Doch obwohl alles so heiter aussieht, die Geschehnisse ihrer Kindheit, der Tod ihres Vaters und der neue Zivilprozess zum Fall – Oma Katherine Jackson und ihre drei Kinder werfen dem Konzertveranstalter AEG Live vor, aus Geldgier den schlechten Gesundheitszustand des Musikers missachtet zu haben – scheinen doch ihre Spuren hinterlassen zu haben. Mitte Mai verbreiteten sich Fotos im Netz, die den Teenager mit gehobenem nacktem Unterarm zeigen. Darauf deutlich zu erkennen: viele kleine Narben. Paris scheint sich mit einer Klinge selbst zu verletzen. Bleibt zu hoffen, dass ihr die neue Geborgenheit auf der Farm ihrer Mutter hilft.
