fällt mir noch einiges ein ...
vorweg, es ist eine Angelegenheit, die zwei erwachsene Menschen getroffen haben ... ein Abkommen, das fremde Menschen doch gar nichts angeht ... aber die Medien stürzen sich zu gern darauf ...
und die Amis sind größtenteils sehr konservativ, sehr prüde und u. a. in Bezug auf "sexistische" Themen große Heuchler ...

Kurz nach MJ’s Tod, wurden ja bereits wieder die Stimmen laut, ob MJ der Vater, der 3 Kinder sei …
In diesem Zusammenhang hatte ich irgendwo gelesen (weiß leider nicht mehr wo … ), dass MJ bereits Anfang Januar 1996 einen Leihmutterschaftsvertrag mit Debbie abgeschlossen hatte … da war er noch mit LMP verheiratet …

Dann wurde Debbie schwanger und angeblich wollte MJ's Mutter, dass die beiden heiraten (das hatte wohl der Tababorelli gesagt oder in seinem Buch so geschrieben) … und so haben dann Ende 1996 noch vor der Geburt von Prince, Debbie und Michael Jackson in Australien geheiratet … ja, und sie sollen nach der Eheschließung, den Abend, die Nacht, in getrennten Zimmern verbracht haben ...
da gibt es viele Ehepaare, die in der Öffentlichkeit eine heile Familie zelebrieren, aber ansonsten lebt jeder Partner sein eigenes Leben ... wen geht es was an ... :)

somit ist Prince ehelich auf die Welt gekommen , und Paris dann in 1998 auch …

Debbie hat in einigen Interviews gesagt, sie habe MJ diese Kinder geschenkt, damit er Vater sein kann oder so ähnlich …

Ich denke, das alles liegt ja auch schon einige Jahre zurück und man stand 1996 auch noch nicht ganz so offen, einer Leihmutterschaft usw. gegenüber … und hätten die Behörden damals einem unverheirateten MJ zugestimmt, dass er Kinder adoptiert ??? Als Blanket in 2002 geboren wurde, sah es wohl doch schon etwas anders aus … diese Dr. Lila Schmidt hatte es sehr gut beschrieben …. die Eizellenspenderin hat MJ aus einem Eizellenpool ausgesucht und eine andere (unbekannte oder gab es da nicht auch mal einen Bericht drüber ???) Frau hatte dann Blanket ausgetragen … und dieser wurde MJ dann durch einen Anwalt an MJ zur Neverland Ranch “geliefert” …

Kinder schienen MJ, mit dass wichtigste zu sein … und er sah wohl, eine Chance selbst Vater zu werden … und Debbie hat ihm seinen größten Wunsch erfüllt … aber eine Verbindung, wie auch immer, besteht/bestand ja tatsächlich zwischen den beiden …
aber ich muß mir eingestehen, ich halte MJ in diesem Punkt schon für sehr egoistisch …

und was Debbies Beweggründe waren, sich darauf einzulassen, wird man wohl nie erfahren ...
ich könnte mir aber durchaus vorstellen, dass sie die Kinder in den vielen Jahren schon
vermisst hatte .... und die jetzige Entwicklung zwischen ihr und Paris zeigt doch, wie zufrieden sie jetzt ist, wenn sie Kontakt mit ihrer Tochter hat ... :)

Ich weiß nicht so genau, seit wann gesetzliche Reglungen in Kalifornien eine Leihmutterschaft zulassen … hier ein paar Links für Interessierte …

Michael Jacksons Familie fordert Entschädigung

Vor vier Jahren starb Michael Jackson. Seine Familie glaubt, der Konzertveranstalter, für den der King of Pop damals probte, habe den Star mit Medikamenten fit machen wollen. Es geht um Milliarden. Von Barbara Munker

In einem Gerichtssaal in Los Angeles werden die letzten Wochen vor dem Tod von Popstar Michael Jackson noch einmal lebendig. Mit den Eröffnungsplädoyers geht es am Montag in der Westküstenmetropole in die heiße Phase eines Justiz-Thrillers, in dem schockierende Einzelheiten aus dem 50-jährigen Leben des Sängers ans Licht kommen dürften. Es geht um Jacksons Medikamentensucht, seinen Marktwert als "King of Pop", um Profitsucht im Musikgeschäft. Und um Millionen oder gar Milliarden für die Hinterbliebenen.

Jacksons Mutter Katherine (82) und seine drei Kinder haben den amerikanischen Konzertveranstalter AEG Live auf Schadenersatz verklagt. Sie werfen dem Unternehmen unter anderem vor, die Gesundheit und Sicherheit des Stars aus Geldgier vernachlässigt zu haben. Das Unternehmen organisierte die für Sommer 2009 geplanten Comeback-Konzerte des Sängers in London. Wenige Woche vor dem Auftakt starb Jackson – am 25. Juni 2009 – an der Überdosis eines Narkosemittels, das er zum Einschlafen nutzte.

Die mühsame Auswahl von zwölf Geschworenen in den vergangenen drei Wochen war der Vorgeschmack auf einen langwierigen Prozess, der sich nach Einschätzung des Gerichts bis zu vier Monate hinziehen könnte. Aus einem Pool von über 100 Kandidaten wurde ein Gremium von sechs Männern und sechs Frauen herausgefiltert. Dutzende waren ausgeschieden, allein weil sie ihrem Job nicht so lange fernbleiben konnten. "Ihr könnt euer Leben nun fortsetzen", gab Richterin Yvette Palazuelos denen, die am Ende nicht verpflichtet wurden, mit auf den Weg, berichtete die "Los Angeles Times".

Trägt der Konzertveranstalter Mitschuld?

Schnell geht es bei Jackson-Prozessen nie zu. Als der Sänger 2005 im kalifornischen Santa Maria wegen Verdachts auf Kindesmissbrauch vor Gericht stand, zog sich das Verfahren über vier Monate hin. Es endete mit einem für Jackson triumphalen Freispruch in allen Anklagepunkten. Auch der Prozess gegen den Leibarzt des Sängers, Conrad Murray, machte im Herbst 2011 über Monate hinweg Schlagzeilen. Der Herzspezialist wurde wegen fahrlässiger Tötung zur Höchststrafe von vier Jahren Haft verurteilt. Murray hatte dem schlaflosen Sänger über Wochen hinweg das Narkosemittel Propofol gegeben, das ihn am Ende das Leben kostete.

Jacksons Familie will AEG Live für die Einstellung von Murray zur Verantwortung ziehen. Der Leibarzt sollte den Sänger bei seinen Proben für die Auftritte gesund halten. AEG-Anwälte argumentieren, Jackson selbst habe Murray gewählt. Die Familie erhebt schwere Vorwürfe. Der Sänger sei bei seinen letzten Proben körperlich am Ende gewesen. Der Veranstalter habe den labilen Zustand gekannt, den Star aber nicht geschont. Murray sei unter Druck gesetzt worden, seinen Patienten um jeden Preis fit zu machen. E-Mails und vertrauliche Anweisungen der Konzertmanager sollen der Anklage als Beweisstücke dienen.

Anwälte nehmen Jackson-Kinder in die Mangel

Neben Familienangehörigen des Sängers könnten unter anderem Jacksons Ex-Frau Lisa Marie Presley, die Musiker Prince und Diana Ross und Regisseur Spike Lee in den Zeugenstand treten. Zudem sollen Ärzte, frühere Mitarbeiter des Popstars und Manager aus der Plattenindustrie aussagen. Mit Spannung wird auch der mögliche Auftritt von Jacksons älteren Kinder, Prince (16) und Paris (14), erwartet. Beide wurden von den Anwälten des Konzertveranstalters bereits in die Mangel genommen. Nur der zehnjährige Blanket, der beim Tod seines Vaters gerade sechs Jahre alt war, blieb von eidesstattlichen Aussagen verschont.

Die Angehörigen wollen mit einer Summe entschädigt werden, die Jackson nach seiner Comeback-Tour und einem Karriereschub hätte verdienen können. Ein Experte schätzte vorab, dass der frühere "King of Pop" nach den London-Konzerten in Las Vegas über 260 Millionen Dollar (200 Millionen Euro) an Show-Einnahmen hätte kassieren können. Dies sei bloß Hoffnung und ein Traum, aber keine Grundlage für eine Entschädigung, konterte die Verteidigung in einer Anhörung.

Das zu erwartende Drama im Gerichtssaal wird diesmal nicht von Kameras mitverfolgt. Mehrere TV-Sender hatten den Antrag gestellt, das Verfahren live ausstrahlen zu dürfen, doch die Richterin sprach sich dageben aus. An Schaulustigen und Blitzlichtern vor dem Gericht dürfte es aber nicht fehlen.

Los Angeles (CNN) -- The Michael Jackson wrongful death trial, which promises dramatic revelations and legal fireworks, begins in a small Los Angeles courtroom with opening statements Monday.

Jurors earning $15 a day will listen to several months of testimony before deciding whether one of the world's largest entertainment companies should pay Jackson's mother and three children billions of dollars for its liability in the pop icon's death.

Famous Jackson family members, including Janet, will sit just a few feet from the jury as Michael's oldest son and daughter describe their father's last days. But they will also endure weeks of tedious testimony from medical and financial experts offering opinions about the singer's health, addiction and career.

Only a handful of journalists and a few members of the public will be allowed inside the courtroom because many of its 45 seats are reserved for parties involved in the trial, including the Jackson family. Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Yvette Palazuelos denied CNN's request to televise the trial.

Pretrial hearings have featured angry and personal exchanges between lawyers for the two sides, made more intense by the intimacy of the tiny courtroom.

The central issue

The central issue is simple: Did AEG Live, the company promoting Jackson's comeback concerts in 2009, hire or supervise Dr. Conrad Murray, the physician convicted of involuntary manslaughter in Jackson's June 25, 2009, death?

Jackson died two weeks before his "This Is It" comeback concerts, organized by AEG Live, were to have debuted in London. The coroner ruled Jackson died from a fatal combination of sedatives and propofol, a surgical anesthetic that Murray told investigators he used to put Jackson to sleep almost every night in the month before his death.

The Jacksons will argue that AEG executives knew about the star's weakened health and his past use of dangerous drugs while on tour. They're liable in his death because they pressured Jackson and the doctor to meet their ambitious schedule to prepare for the London shows despite that knowledge, their lawyers contend.

A cornerstone of their case is an e-mail AEG Live Co-CEO Paul Gongaware wrote 11 days before Jackson's death. The e-mail to show director Kenny Ortega addressed concerns that Murray had kept Jackson from a rehearsal the day before: "We want to remind (Murray) that it is AEG, not MJ, who is paying his salary. We want to remind him what is expected of him."

Jackson lawyers argue the e-mail is evidence that AEG Live used Murray's fear of losing his lucrative job as Jackson's personal physician to pressure him to have Jackson ready for rehearsals despite his fragile health.

AEG will defend itself by arguing that Jackson was responsible for his own demise, that he chose Murray to be his full-time doctor and that his drug addiction led him to a series of fatal choices. Murray was never an AEG employee but rather was chosen and paid by Jackson for nearly four years until Jackson died, AEG lawyers contend.

"I don't know how you can't look to Mr. Jackson's responsibility there," AEG lawyer Marvin Putnam told CNN. "He was a grown man."

Child molestation accusations against Jackson, for which he was acquitted after a trial, are relevant because they "resulted in an incredible increase in his drug intake," Putnam said.

"Mr. Jackson is a person who was known to doctor shop," Putnam said. "He was known to be someone who would tell one doctor one thing and another doctor something else."

When Palazuelos ruled in February that case warranted a jury trial, she found there was evidence to support the Jacksons' claim that AEG Live executives could have foreseen that Murray would use dangerous drugs in treating the singer.

Jackson's family seeks billions

The lawsuit seeks a judgment against AEG Live equal to the money Jackson would have earned over the course of his remaining lifetime if he had not died in 2009. Jackson lawyers denied media reports that they were seeking $40 billion in damages if AEG Live is found liable, but it could cost the company several billion dollars, according to estimates of Jackson's income potential.

AEG Live is a subsidiary of AEG, a global entertainment company that was up for sale recently with an $8 billion asking price.

One of the Jacksons' experts, certified pubic accountant Arthur Erk, estimated that Michael Jackson could have earned $1.4 billion by taking his "This Is It" tour around the world for 260 shows. AEG executives discussed extending the tour beyond the 50 shows scheduled for London, Jackson lawyers said.

Jackson lawyer Perry Sanders, in arguing for the judge to allow Erk's testimony, said when "This Is It" tickets went on sale in March 2009, there was the "highest demand to see anyone in the history of the world. No one has ever come close."

"There was so much demand, they filled 2 million seats in hours," Sanders said, quoting an e-mail from AEG Live CEO Randy Phillips sent to AEG's owner.

"We would have had to do 100-plus shows to fill the demand" in London, he said Phillips wrote. Jackson could have packed the Tokyo Dome several times in a world tour, he said.

But AEG lawyer Sabrina Strong called it "very speculative" that Jackson would have even finished the 50 London shows before dying.

AEG lawyers argued that Jackson didn't perform 260 shows and make that much money even in his prime. "He never came anywhere close to that," Strong said. "No one other than Cher has ever done that."

Erk also calculated Jackson would have followed with four more world tours before he turned 65.

Palazuelos weighed in during a hearing on Thursday, noting that the Rolling Stones are still touring into their 70s.

The Jacksons will also try to convince jurors that he would have made a fortune off of a long series of Las Vegas shows, endorsements, a clothing line and movies.

Strong argued that Jackson had a history of failed projects and missed opportunities, calling Erk's projections "a hope, a dream, and not a basis for damages."

If AEG is found liable, the company's lawyers want the judge to tell the jury to reduce any damages by the amount Jackson's estate earned from the documentary made from video the company shot of his rehearsals. "If there is a benefit in it, then that is deducted from a loss," Strong said.

Jackson lawyer Brian Panish compared giving AEG credit for the "This Is It" profits to being "like you murdered someone, wrote a book about them and gave them the money."

Panish, who will deliver the Jacksons' opening statement Monday morning, said he was not sure who his first witness will be Tuesday morning. He did tell the court he will show several videos of the depositions given by AEG's top executives in the first week.

Panish and AEG's Putnam will each have two and a half hours to describe their cases to the jury in opening statements starting at 10 a.m. Monday.

The witness lists include many members of the Jackson family, including matriarch Katherine Jackson. Other celebrity witnesses on the list are Sharon Osbourne, Quincy Jones, Spike Lee, Ray Parker Jr., Lisa Marie Presley, Diana Ross and Lou Ferrigno.

Jermaine Jackson is downright refusing to pay his child support bills -- so says his baby mama Alejandra Jackson, who's accusing him of falling behind on payments yet again ... this time to the tune of $30,000.

L.A.'s Child Support Services Department has filed legal docs asking a judge to hold Jermaine in contempt for failing to meet his child support obligation for April 2012 through April 2013.

According to the CSSD, Jermaine was ordered to pay $3,000 a month in support for his two teenage sons, Jermajesty and Jaafar (totaling $36,000 per year) but failed to make any monthly payment in full.

The CSSD claims Jermaine sporadically paid a total of $5,621 throughout the year ... and allegedly still owes $30,378.

The CSSD says Jermaine is guilty of 12 counts of contempt -- one for each month -- and it wants him sentenced to 60 days in jail if he doesn't pay up by August ... when there will be a hearing to address the issue. Calls to Jermaine's camp weren't returned.

You'll recall, Jermaine fell behind roughly $90,000 in child support back in 2011 -- but he settled with Alejandra for $80,000 instead.

Auch bei der Pressekonferenz 2009 in London, als Jacko seine 50 Shows in der englischen Hauptstadt ankündigte, soll er zuvor enorme Mengen Alkohol konsumiert haben. Laut der britischen "Sun" sagte Lester: "Michael ist in seinem Hotelzimmer umgekippt. Sein Arzt sagte, dass er zwei Drittel einer Whiskeyflasche getrunken habe und paralysiert sei. Er nüchterte gerade noch genug aus, um seine 'This Is It'-Rede zu halten."

New courtroom drama over Michael Jackson

The trial in the wrongful death lawsuit filed against Anschutz Entertainment Group by the late singer's mother and three children is set to begin Monday.

Michael Jackson's death nearly four years ago has been the subject of intense curiosity, endless media speculation and even a dramatic courtroom drama in which the King of Pop's doctor was found guilty of causing his death.

But all that may end up being a warm-up act for the legal showdown set to begin Monday .

In a wrongful death lawsuit, the singer's mother and three children accuse concert promoter Anschutz Entertainment Group of threatening to end Jackson's career if he failed to deliver on a series of comeback concerts in London and hiring the doctor who was later convicted of giving the singer a lethal dose of the anesthetic propofol.

The witness list is extensive and star-studded: Prince, Spike Lee, Quincy Jones, Diana Ross. And because the case will play out in civil court, experts said both sides would be allowed to introduce evidence not permitted in the criminal trial of Jackson's doctor.

The trial could last deep into the summer, and getting to a verdict will probably take a tour through the sensational: The singer's excursions into drug use, his deepening debt and a re-telling of the child molestation accusations that followed him.

Though the lawsuit doesn't seek a specific dollar amount, it could run into the billions. The case also pits the lasting celebrity of one of the world's best-known performers against AEG, the entertainment powerhouse that owns clubs, stadiums, arenas and sports franchises around the world.

The suit alleges that AEG "hired and controlled" Dr. Conrad Murray, who — while trying to help his insomniac patient sleep — gave Jackson a fatal dose of a drug normally reserved for medical settings. AEG knew of Jackson's fragile health, the suit contends, but put its desire for profits ahead of his safety. Murray is now serving time for involuntary manslaughter.

"A severely, visibly ill pop star with a known history of drug problems, a financially desperate doctor who demanded highly unusual, life-saving medical equipment, and enormous pressure on the doctor to ensure the pop star's performance (instead of his well-being)," the Jackson family's attorneys wrote in court documents.

"AEG should have realized this was a dangerous cocktail."

The entertainment firm, along with company executives, argues that it was Jackson who hired Murray and insisted on him as his doctor as the "This Is It" concerts approached.

"The basic standoff is going to be Michael Jackson being the author of his own demise, versus a profit-maximizing, greedy even, commercial enterprise exercising its control," said Jody Armour, a USC law professor.

The company is also one of the most important political players in Los Angeles, building LA Live and the Staples Center and working with the city to build a downtown football stadium in an effort to attract a professional team. But AEG has been in upheaval for months, with owner Philip Anschutz putting it on the market and then just as suddenly pulling it off.

In many ways, Jackson himself will be put on the stand. Not only do the plaintiffs have to persuade jurors that AEG is to blame for his death, but to show how much he would have earned had he lived. AEG will try to prove that not only is it not to blame, but that Jackson's erratic behavior had diminished his earning power.

There could be testimony about Jackson's colorful lifestyle, the child molestation allegations — including a multimillion-dollar settlement with a 12-year-old accuser — and the financial problems that left him hundreds of millions of dollars in debt.

"All sorts of things will be let in that weren't let in at the criminal trial," said Stanley Goldman, a professor at Loyola Law School. "There's much more chance of a celebrity-filled, gossipy circus."

Beyond the celebrities on the witness list, attorneys have indicated they may call both of Jackson's former wives to the stand, including Lisa Marie Presley. Much of Jackson's family — his children, his mother, his siblings — are on the witness list, as is Anschutz, the reclusive billionaire who owns AEG.

Doctors will testify about Jackson's health, and accountants and financial advisors will talk about his money problems and what he stood to make in the AEG deal, or lose if he pulled out.

According to its contract with the entertainer, AEG advanced Jackson close to $30 million, which included a $15-million line of credit, a $5-million advance, $7.5 million to cover production costs to mount the shows and rent for a $100,000-a-month Holmby Hills mansion.

If the singer failed to generate enough money to pay back the loans, according to the lawsuit, AEG could seize his assets, among them a valuable song catalog that includes titles by the Beatles, Aretha Franklin and the Jackson family.

The trial "is going to generate tremendous publicity worldwide because Michael was the best-known celebrity on the planet while alive," said Thomas Mesereau, who defended Jackson in the 2005 child molestation case.

Die Jacksons argumenetieren, AEG wusste um seine schwache Gesundheit, seinen Drogenkonsum bei vergangen Touren, sie zwangen *****sn und den Arzt sich für die Tour vorzubereiten um den ehrgeizigen Zeitplan einzuhalten., trotz ihres Wissens.
AEG wird sich verteidigen, indem sie sagen, dass Jackson sich entschieden hat, dass Murray sein Vollzeitarzt hat. Jackson war ein erwachsener Mann, wie könnte man nicht seine Verantwortlichkeit sehen. Sein Drogenkonsum zu einer Serie von fatalen Entscheidungen führte, dass die Kindesmissbrauchswürfe von denen er freigesprochen wurde wichtig sind, da sie zu einem steigenden Drogenkonsum führten. Michael Jackson war schon Monate vor seinem Tod gesundheitlich angeschlagen. Wie die „Sun“ jetzt enthüllt, soll er bis zu sechs Flaschen Wein am Tag getrunken haben, um seine Schlaflosigkeit zu bekämpfen. Auch auf der Pressekonferenz, auf der er sein Comeback ankündigte, war er offenbar nicht ganz bei klarem Verstand.

Der 2009 verstorbene Superstar Michael Jackson soll bis zu sechs Flaschen Wein am Tag getrunken haben, berichtet das britische Boulevardblatt „The Sun“. Demnach hat sein bester Freund Mark Lester die Flaschen heimlich in seine Hotelzimmer gebracht.

Jacko hat mit dem Wein offenbar versucht, seine Schlaflosigkeit zu bekämpfen. Vor der Pressekonferenz im März 2009, auf der Jackson sein Comeback ankündigte, soll der einstige King of Pop zudem fast eine ganze Whiskyflasche geleert haben. Angeblich lag er danach bewusstlos in seinem Bett.

„Er nüchterte soweit aus, um seine Ankündigung zu machen und ist gerade so damit durchgekommen“, wird Lester von der Zeitung zitiert. Die Pressekonferenz startete damals mit 90 Minuten Verspätung und dauerte nur zwei Minuten. „Das ist es. Dies werden meine letzten Auftritte in London sein. Das ist es. Wenn ich sage, das ist es, meine ich, das ist es. Wirklich, das ist es. Das ist der letzte Vorhang. Ich sehe euch im Juli“, sagte er damals. Zudem gab es noch das Victory-Zeichen, ein paar Luft-Küsschen und zum Abschied die Worte „Ich liebe Euch“.

Die Konzertserie „This Is It“ in der Londoner O2-Arena wurde von geplanten zehn Konzerten schrittweise um 40 weitere Termine erhöht. Die in Rekordzeit ausverkauften 50 Shows sollten vom 13. Juli 2009 bis zum 6. März 2010 dauern. Am 25. Juni 2009 starb Michael Jackson an einer Medikamenten-Überdosis. Seine Familie verklagte danach den Veranstalter der Comeback-Konzerte. Die Jacksons werfen AEG vor, die Gesundheit und Sicherheit von Michael Jackson vernachlässigt zu haben. Deshalb fordert die Familie Schadenersatz. Die Verhandlung soll heute in Los Angeles beginnen.

Michael Jackson's famous daughter/plaintiff, Paris Jackson, spent time with her biological mom Debbie Rowe, on the eve of what promises to be a very difficult wrongful death trial.

As we first reported ... Paris has bonded with Debbie after years of separation. The 2 are spending a lot of time together, and we're told both genuinely want the mother-daughter relationship they never had while Michael was alive.

Speaking of Michael, the family's wrongful death trial kicks off today. Katherine Jackson and MJ's 3 kids are suing AEG Live, claiming the company was negligent in hiring and supervising Dr. Conrad Murray -- who killed the singer with a massive overdose of Propofol.

MJ's family will have an extremely difficult time winning this case, for the following reasons:

-- MJ had a doctor-patient relationship with Murray before AEG came into the picture. Jackson first hired Murray to treat his kids, and then used him for personal issues. Murray had given Jackson Propofol before AEG was involved.

-- MJ was a drug addict who had doctor-shopped for Propofol for well over a decade. He knew the drug so well, he often wanted to help in the administration of the drug.

-- MJ was secretive about his relationship with Murray, never telling anyone from AEG or the "This Is It" honchos that Murray was fueling him with Propofol almost every night for 2 months.

-- AEG execs are not doctors, and arguably they're in no position to tell a doctor what to do.

Michael Jackson Wrongful Death Trial Begins Monday: King of Pop Medical Records Will ‘Be Shocking,’ Says Source

The Michael Jackson wrongful death lawsuit that Katherine Jackson filed against AEG contending that the concert promoter was negligent when it hired Dr. Conrad Murray to supervise the King of Pop’s medical care begins with opening statements in a Los Angeles courtroom on Monday. Sources close to the case tell RadarOnline.com exclusively that the late singer’s medical records, which have remained sealed leading up to the trial, will be shocking once experts begin to testify about the contents and specifics of his alleged dependence on powerful painkillers.

Up until the trial, Michael’s medical records “had remained sealed for a very good reason. The contents of the records will stun even the most diehard Michael Jackson fan. Michael’s dependence on prescription drugs for routine cosmetic procedures was astounding. The judge has allowed AEG to present Michael’s medical records to prove their point that he was addicted to drugs, and the lengths he would go to keep it hidden. They had absolutely no knowledge that Dr. Murray would be giving Michael Propofol at his home. If AEG did, they would have terminated talks with Murray immediately, and taken the appropriate action. AEG doesn’t want to present this evidence, but they are being sued by Katherine for $40 BILLION DOLLARS,” an insider told us.

As we previously reported, Conrad Murray was convicted of the involuntary manslaughter death of Michael Jackson, who died from acute Propofol intoxication, almost four years ago.

At the heart of Katherine Jackson’s case against AEG is “whether or not AEG did their due diligence in fully vetting Conrad Murray to become Michael Jackson’s personal physician for his London concerts. Katherine’s lawyers maintain that AEG should have known that Conrad Murray was in dire financial straits and broke when formal talks began for him to become Michael’s doctor. Murray wanted $150k a month, and that should have set off alarm bells for AEG,” a source close to the Jackson family matriarch tells RadarOnline.com exclusively.

Meanwhile, the executors of Michael Jackson’s Estate, which have “successfully secured lucrative business deals that got his heirs out of the red, and now making money, are watching all of their hard work potentially unravel. Remember, leading up to Michael’s death, the press was still talking about the allegations of child molestation which he had been accused of. Since his tragic death, Michael has been remembered for his amazing talent and philanthropy. But all of that could be for naught, because of the new information that will be released during the trial that will be harmful to Michael’s legacy,” another insider reveals.

Even if a jury finds that AEG was responsible ultimately for Michael’s death, “and awards her a huge amount of money, it won’t bring Michael back. The wrongful death trial is going to be hard for his three children who will be forced to relive his death all over again. Paris and Prince are expected to testify. They could learn stuff about their dad he never would have wanted them to know. There will be no winners in this case, no matter what the outcome of the trial is,” the source added.
