wenn ich das richtig verstanden habe gab es Erstwähler die erst nachträglich ihre Identität nachgewiesen haben. Danach wurden die Stimmen gezählt. Fragt sich jetzt ob man diese Fälle separat aufbewahrt hat um sie abzuziehen..

Nächster Versuch rechtlich irgendwas auf die Reihe zu bekommen beendet. Diesmal ist man in Arizona an der Realität gescheitert.

Trump Drops Legal Challenge in Arizona

Attorneys for the Trump campaign said Friday they’re no longer seeking a court’s intervention into the presidential race in Arizona.

The Trump campaign, along with the state and national Republican party, sued in Arizona last week, alleging some in-person votes cast in Maricopa County were improperly rejected.

At a daylong hearing Thursday, Kory Langhofer, an attorney for the Trump campaign, made clear the campaign wasn’t alleging any voter fraud but instead claimed some poll workers submitted ballots that had errors that voters weren’t given the opportunity to fix. The number of votes at issue was less than 200, and Mr. Langhofer said at the close of the hearing that they wouldn’t ask election officials to recount those ballots if they had no ability to affect the outcome of the race.

In a filing Friday morning, Mr. Langhofer told the Arizona state court that “Since the close of yesterday’s hearing, the tabulation of votes statewide has rendered unnecessary a judicial ruling as to the presidential electors.” Two down-ballot races could still potentially be impacted, he wrote.

The judge is expected to hold another hearing in the case Friday afternoon.

Joe Biden led President Trump by more than 11,000 votes on Friday, with 99% of the votes counted, according to the Associated Press.

The case has been among a series of attempts by Republicans to delay President-elect Joe Biden's win in key states and hand an Electoral College victory to President Donald Trump, by blocking or overriding popular vote results.

I"It would be an unprecedented exercise of judicial activism for this Court to stop the certification process of the Wayne County Board of Canvassers," wrote Chief Judge Timothy Kenny.

Attorney David Fink, representing Detroit, said at a hearing Wednesday that blocking the finalization of Michigan's votes would either knock the state out of the Electoral College, kicking the selection of the president to the US House of Representatives, or would allow the Republican-held state legislature to try to seat its own slate of electors.

In diesem Fall auch wichtig der Hinweis, dass das Gericht mit seiner Entscheidung verhindert, dass die Möglichkeit bestünde das Ergebnis quasi aufzuheben und eigene Wahlmänner zu bestimmen die dann entgehen dem Wahlergebnis für Trump stimmen könnten.

Hier muss man immer wieder sagen, dass der Versuch das Ergebnis in Michigan zu drehen, wo Biden mit knapp !!150.000 Stimmen!! vorne liegt, ist jenseits jeglicher Realität.

Laut NYT, ja. Wird aber eine Nachzählung geben per Hand, wurde schon angekündigt, aufgrund des knappen Ergebnisses. Es sind aber 14'000 Stimmen Vorsprung für Biden.

Heute Abend soll Trump wohl um 22.00 Uhr Deutscher Zeit im Rosengarten sprechen.

- Behaupten er hätte quasi alleine die USA vor Corvid gerettet.
- Die Pharmaindustrie hätte sich gegen ihn verschworen.
- Nur unter seiner Führung bekommen alle Amerikaner den Impfstoff unter Biden wird niemand den bekommen.
- Und möglicherweise wird er erneut sagen, dass er die Wahl gewonnen hat und alles Andere Fake News sind.

Da kann man mal sehen wie berechenbar und gleichzeitig unberechenbar der Typ ist.
Ich denke deine Vorhersage wird in etwa so zutreffen.
Vor allen Dingen die, dass er für den Impfstoff verantwortlich ist und unter ihm jeder US Bürger bis gestern eine kostenlose Impfung bekommt und unter Biden nicht.
Er wird bestimmt auch wieder ein schönes Eigentor schießen.

Die Wahlkampfauftritte von US-Präsident Trump waren wegen der Corona-Gefahr umstritten. Für viele Mitarbeiter des Secret Service hatten sie offenbar Folgen. Berichten nach sind Dutzende Sicherheitsleute mit dem Virus infiziert.

Aber wenn ich richtig lese gibt er hier eine Niederlage zu. 😱

In Pennsylvania plant man von Bundesstaatsseite aus keine Neuauszählung oder Prüfung der Stimmen, da der Versprung außerhalb der 0,5 % Grenze liegt. Es werden noch Reststimmen ausgezählt die aber logischerweise keinen Einfluss mehr auf das Ergebnis hinsichtlich eines Sieges von Biden haben.

Pennsylvania Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar said on Friday that based on unofficial returns, she will not order a recount or recanvass of ballots cast in the 2020 election, including in the presidential race.
