OP admitting to ANY wrongdoing? NEVER!!!

Everyone is a liar or simply mistaken. Let's take a look at the list of people OP accuses of lying.

LIARS
Sam Taylor - liar (shot through sunroof)
Daren Fresco - liar (said "one up" at Tasha's/shot through sunroof)
Baba - liar ("everything is fine, security")
Police - liars (moved evidence)
Dr. Stipp - liar (bathroom light on/woman scream)
Mrs. Stipp - liar (bathroom light on/woman scream)
Burger - liar (woman scream)
Johnson - liar (woman scream)
Van der Merwe - liar (arguing/woman scream)
Reeva - liar (scared of him)
Roux - liar (double taps/mistakes on bail application)
Nel - liar (entire case)

Now let's look at, based on evidence, what OP lied about since the DT did not prove otherwise.

OP LIED ABOUT
Tasha's (I did not pull trigger)
Shot through car sunroof (never happened)
Illegal ammo (it's dads)
Where large fan was and that it was on (blocks access to balcony where he says he called for help/turned off)
Where small fan was and that it was on (in corner, facing curtains/unplugged)
Where the duvet was (jeans on top of it/lines up with blood trail on carpet)
Felt for Reeva behind the curtains (iPad, hair clipper, cords in the way)
Time of shots (his first phone call at 3:19 claimed she was still breathing)
Netcare told him to take her to hospital
Called Stander because he couldn't pick up Reeva (he walked down the stairs carrying her unassisted)
Where the magazine rack was (blood pool around leg of rack)
Magazine rack made a wood noise (she was standing in front of and close to door when first shot-not near rack)
They were asleep (she was fully dressed in gym clothes and had eaten recently)
Reason Olympic roommate requested to be moved

And finally, discrepancies in his own account of what happened (i.e. lying/tailoring evidence).

DISCREPENCIES
Double taps / no double taps
Went onto the balcony / never went onto the balcony
1 fan / 2 fans
She was asleep / she talked to him "can't sleep, baba?"
Heard noise, went into bathroom and noticed window open / heard window slam against frame
Realized intruder was in toilet because he noticed toilet door was closed / heard toilet door slam
Heard movement / heard wood sound and thought it was the door opening
Putative self defense / accident. Didn't intend to fire shots into door

I'm sure this is not a complete list, but at the very least it illustrates that OP is a liar and not credible. If his credibility is called into question by milady, then his entire account of that night is worthless. MOO

Not a lawyer but I can speculate :

- OP can change his version whenever he chooses.

- If OP comes clean, he would be charged first with perjury… those many days on the stand, under oath, proffering lies with malice aforethought is perjury.

- Both State and Defence have rested their case… so too late to change the outcome.

- Also the PPD and culpable homicide would be out the window and with no evidence of diminished responsibility, Murder is the only thing remaining.

- Masipa would probably come down harder on OP with concrete proof that OP lied to her face, perverted the administration of Justice and wasted the Court's and the State's valuable time.

@Ahnungslose

Aitken and Schorn were told quite insistently to leave the scene when Pistorius’ family and friends arrived.

Contacted by the Daily Maverick, Schorn confirmed Aitken’s impression of events.

“I concur wholeheartedly with Mr. Aitken's statement,” Schorn told the Daily Maverick via email. “It was pitch black to the extent that we struggled with our own slow progress to that side of the river as we needed to take utter care in doing so. We used a very high powered hand-held torch to make our way there and determine what happened. Without it we would not have seen anything.”

A further individual, not part of Aitken’s dining group, whose name is known to the Daily Maverick but who wanted to remain anonymous, told us that he had an altercation with Pistorius on the river that same evening which occurred “long” after sunset, but before Pistorius’ accident took place.

http://www.dailymaverick.co.za/article/2014-04-22-did-oscar-pistorius-lie-on-the-stand/#.U8jI4_l_v4Q (Archiv-Version vom 05.07.2014)

"Oscar is the most decent man you will ever meet in your life. He treats everyone with so much respect and I have never received a complaint about him since his been living here, that's why I was shocked at what had happened," he said.

http://www.iol.co.za/news/south-africa/neighbours-rally-in-support-of-blade-runner-1.459034?ot=inmsa.ArticlePrintPageLayout.ot
weiter in auch diesem sehr aufschlussreichen Artikel:
The athlete also stopped Beeld newspaper from taking pictures of him on the N4 highway in Pretoria in March this year, when a friend of his was involved in an accident.

A woman died at the scene of the accident after walking in front of Anneke Kruger's approaching car.
Kruger works for In/sight, the company which manages Pistorius's business interests.

A bystander who asked Pistorius why the photographer couldn't take pictures was told: "Oom, I'm Oscar Pistorius."

Memmory and Mortimer incidents compared:

Pistorius claimed Memmory was drunk, "abusive", in a fight with another partygoer she later kicked his door repeatedly and injured her foot herself. This is the opposite of what Memmory claimed and she won the out-of-court settlement.
“Pistorius says [about Memmory aggression incident] that he had felt threatened, humiliated, scared and vulnerable because of the complaint, arrest and being in custody.” His two friends claimed the police were “incompetent”. (Hello, pattern)
Johan Stander did interviews to defend Pistorius version in the press in 2009: (Hello, Stander)

Pistorius team claims Mortimer was the "aggressor", abusive, "aggressively interrogating the accused". This is the opposite of what Mortimer said that happened.
Pistorius was feeling “loneliness and alienation” compared to "attention seeking" and "peddling untruths designed for maximum attention and maximum damage" Mortimer. Pistorius and his cousin were in a ‘quiet booth’ until they were inflicted with ‘unwelcome attention’.
Uncle Leo and PR rep Annalise Burgess defend Pistorius and rush to the press after their ‘investigation’.

Neither of these Pistorius defenders in 2009 or 2014 were at the incidents but did engage the press and say possibly libelous comments against Memmory and Mortimer.

http://ewn.co.za/2014/02/12/EWN-Exclusive-Taylor-Memmory-speaks-on-Oscar-Pistorius (Archiv-Version vom 02.03.2014)

Wie @obscur schon sagte:
Oscar is clearly a danger to himself and society (guns, alcohol and anger are always a terrible mix) - courtesy of his own family and massive, self-serving PR machine. Their tender, loving “protections”, denials, cover-ups and excuses through the years have allowed him to escape ALL consequences for his boorish, aggressive, reckless behaviors. They created the narcissistic, entitled monster who killed Reeva Steenkamp.

The family’s boilerplate, one-size-fits-all public response - OP’s an innocent angel, no matter what he says or does! Everyone’s a liar out to get him! - is extremely telling. In fact, the wholesale covering for and shielding of Golden Boy OP is a very sick family dynamic.

The family’s enabling has now become LETHAL.

I think he's been treated this way, more or less, his entire life. He says he was never treated differently than anyone else - but he very clearly was...especially after becoming a track star. Massive sponsorships mean 100% positive PR - no lie is too big or too small to maintain The Golden Oscar Pistorius Brand. That means that by default, anyone not staunchly on OP’s side automatically becomes the enemy - even if they’re telling the 100% truth. The guy's 27 years old and they still treat him like he's 3.

Seriously, the entire family and PR machine should be indicted as accessories to murder.

Lohnt sich definitiv dort weiterzulesen. :-)

http://forums.digitalspy.co.uk/showpost.php?p=73767969&postcount=3091

THIS is how “brokenhearted”, “depressed”, “anxious”, “agoraphobic” and “suicidal” Oscar Pistorius really is!

THIS is where he went on July 12 2014. The VIP Room. Take a look at the “den of social inequity” Oscar partied at that night. Slick. Seductive.

@fortylicks
Ist auch gut aus Deinem Link

Appears that OP was prowling for some female action - or hellz, any action. Let the ladies, liquor and good times roll! Hallelujah!

But dang it, he just could not help himself - aggressive, lying, insulting people just piss him off invading his privacy and solitude so, of course, he was vulnerable and terrified and had to get in their face! But it totally was NOT his fault - he was choking on that blasted "GAD" and had to wash it down with lots of Grey Goose Vodka! Threats! Fights! Just like old times! Oscar Pistorius never backs down! Oscar Pistorius always wins!

Patrons at the Kitchen Bar restaurant at the Fourways Design Quarter in Johannesburg said Pistorius appeared relaxed and happy and was with controversial tow-truck company owner Craig Lipschitz and others.

A woman who attended the party last Saturday said: "He was drinking shooters and he was flirtatious. He didn't seem like someone [who had] lost the love of his life."

Another person said: “I can't believe he showed his face in public, carrying on as if nothing's happened".

Pistorius was said to have been behaving flirtatiously towards women. "He was greeting a couple and then gave the woman a little pat on her backside. It was just so inappropriate," said the guest.
