er hat es eben nur aus einer - meiner Meinung nach - völlig voreingenommenen Perspektive betrachtet, es schien ihm wohl selbstverständlich, dass es jeder so sehen müsse, dann spielen plötzlich auch Ermittlungsfehler, fehlende Beweise, etc. keine Rolle mehr, ganz zu schweigen von selten schlechter Polizeiarbeit

man muss eben mal genauer recherchieren, man muss, wenn man schon Artikel aus den ersten Tagen nach der Tat bemüht, als alle alles Mögliche schrieben, es brutaler, krasser, sensationsgeiler sein musste.....wissen, dass dies, nur weil es geschrieben wurde, noch lange nicht stimmt....warum also bleibt man nicht bei dem, was vor Gericht gesagt wurde, was BESTÄTIGT ist, gar von beiden Seiten, also Anklage und Verteidigung, ich begreife es nicht

auch bei den viel zitierten Juror13 Seiten steht doch davon nichts, hat Judge Greenland es erwähnt? Oder sonst jemand, den man "anerkennt"? Ich denke nicht.....also warum sich mit etwas auseinandersetzen, dass einfach nicht der Fall ist?

4. Release of the body for burial or cremation30
This will depend on the forensic pathologist/medical officer who carries out the autopsy. Once all test
material, blood and tissue samples are taken, and if it has been legally identified and the pathologist/medical
officer is satisfied that the body is no longer required for any further purpose of the Inquests Act, the body is
returned to the family.
The pathologist/medical officer who performed the autopsy completes the death notification certificate (BI-
1663), stating a cause of death or indicating whether it is still under investigation. Once the BI-1663 has been
issued and the body released, the BI-1663 is taken to the Department of Home Affairs by the undertaker or
family in the same way as for a natural death. The death certificate and burial or cremation order is then issued
by the Department of Home Affairs.
It is advisable that the pathologist/medical officer is informed in advance as to whether the deceased is to be
buried or cremated. Cremations must be authorised/approved by the pathologist/medical officer. Only in very
extreme circumstances is there a delay in granting approval for cremation.
In cases where the pathologist/medical officer only views the body and feels that there is no need for a full
autopsy, and s/he signs the death registration citing natural causes, the deceased’s attending doctor should
issue the approval for cremation certificate.
The pathologist will call the undertaker as chosen by the family to arrange for the body to be removed from
the mortuary to the funeral home.

so sollte es ja auch sein.......ich wünschte jeder fände Rückhalt, Trost, Liebe, Vertrauen und Kraft in der Familie, ich weiß, in meiner Familie ist das so, zum Glück

Ein sehr guter Spruch von Paulo Coelho. Man kann es 100 mal erklären, es werden immer wieder die selben Pappnasen das Feuer schüren und das Urteil als falsch ansehen. So viele "Errors" laut James Grant, Chris Greenland und Juror13. Das sind übrigens die Leute, die ihre Klappe vor dem Urteil am weitesten aufgerissen haben und nun in ihrer Ehre gekränkt sind und weiter palavern - aber sie lagen einfach FALSCH mit ihrer Einschätzung!
Wenn das Urteil juristisch sooooo ein Fehlurteil ist, dann sollte sich Nel um eine Berufung kümmern, ganz einfach, da braucht man das I-Net nicht mit immer wiederkehrenden Rechtsbelehrungen vollsülzen.

Last week social media was ablaze with mixed reactions to the ruling by Judge Thokozile Masipa on the Oscar Pistorius trial in South Africa. In the famous words of Barry Roux, ‘I put it to you’ that Judge Thokozile Masipa was going to be damned either way. In a sense, she was damned by duty.

You see had she ruled in favour of the prosecution, her position and title would have been jeopardised. Any high profile court case is reviewed to ensure the correct legal procedures have been followed. The Pistorius legal team would have most definitely appealed her decision and this would have instigated further legal battles.

In her ruling she stated that she had come to her findings due to the prosecution’s failure to provide the necessary proof for a guilty verdict. As the code of her profession demands, she could not declare Pistorius guilty because she had a ‘feeling’ he had done it – like all judges, she required proof. Proof, I might add, beyond reasonable doubt. The prosecution was not able to prove this, and within the South African legal system the onus rests on the prosecution to prove the allegation.

Had she instead declared Pistorius guilty, people would have been up in arms naming the entire case a sham. Her integrity as a judge would have been called into question and the Pistorius fan-club we have seen throughout the trial would have tearfully told journalists outside the courthouse how disgusting this was.

Judge Masipa did not declare him guilty of murder but of a lesser crime of manslaughter, and suprise suprise she’s being criticised from left, right and centre. The legal fraternity here in South Africa are gladly talking to every journalist they can pin down to give their 5 cents’ worth as to why her ruling was in fact flawed.

These ‘experts’, who claim to be amazingly versed in law, neither consulted on nor were asked to advise on South Africa’s most high profile court case in years. Forgive me, but surely the National Prosecutor and the Pistorius legal team would have insisted on a ‘better’ judge if they truly questioned Judge Thokozile Masipa’s ability to rule in such a case?

Another issue I would like to just bring to your attention is, if you remember the trial (perhaps you have a few of your favourite bits recorded) it was not merely Judge Thokozile Masipa ruling. She had two associate judges who were there to follow the proceedings to help ensure no facts were left out or forgotten.

Isn’t it amazing how suddenly the ruling of guilty on the count of Manslaughter is deemed a ‘disgrace’, yet in South Africa on average there are 45 murders per day. Explain to me why we don’t have dedicated channels publicly shaming the perpetrators of these crimes?

Whilst a normal court case is done behind closed doors and the judge’s ruling is respected (I don’t see people tweeting about how much they disagree with the 45 murders per day) Judge Masipa had her place of work almost violated by the cameras. I am sure we all know how it feels to be watched doing your job – it’s not a nice feeling. Not because you are incapable of doing it well but because your every move is being judged and discussed. It’s enough to make even the most experienced of people squirm.

Whilst the verdict about Pistorius was reached by means of legal analysis and interpretation of various pieces of the law, the judgment the legal fraternity and others have handed down to Judge Thokozile Masipa are based solely on their ‘gut feeling’ that Pistorius was guilty. They didn’t give her the benefit of the doubt – their only ‘proof’ was that they had declared him guilty from day one and as such any ruling to the contrary would have been deemed invalid or wrong.

So I put it to you that Judge Thokozile Masipa was damned by duty. I hereby declare the media’s evidence of ‘expert analysis’ nothing more than hearsay. I find them guilty of defamation of character and sentence them to growing a spine and perhaps some integrity.

wahrscheinlich das einzig vernünftige buch - meine große hoffnung, dass es mehr eindeutige details zu den verletzungen gibt und damit für mich zur wahrheit - bislang steht für mich eindeutig fest, dass Nel sich verrannt hat und das auch schon sehr früh wusste.. mal sehen was das buch dazu verraten kann..

nichts mehr neues zum fall Oscar Pistorius und dem tod von Reeva Steenkamp. was machen die medien? sie wärmen schales und abgestandenes wieder und wieder auf:



und natürlich kann sich Mutter June Steenkamp nicht mit einer tragischen verwechslung abfinden.. schließlich wird ja immer weiter iwas behauptet.. wie zb eine trennung stand bevor - ja, und genau deshalb war Reeva freiwillig am Valentine's Day bei Oscar und hat für ihn gekocht, ihm ein geschenk mitgebracht und von liebe geschrieben - ja und wenige stunden vorher hat sie auch getwittert und jeder konnte merken wie verliebt sie war..

ich gehe mal davon aus, dass Reeva eben nicht in naiven illusionen lebte.. auch wenn Nel die beziehung als kompliziert oder gar kurz vor dem scheitern darstellen wollte.. Reeva sprach von liebe und nicht vom letzten versuch.. ich kann mich an eine enge freundin von ihr erinnern, die gar in einem interview von einem süßen geheimnis sprach..

na Du weißt doch, in einer message von über 1700 stand "I am scared of you sometimes", das bedeutet offensichtlich: "ich weiß, er wird mich absichtlich und geplant töten, deshalb schreibe ich das, damit Nel und viele andere dann die richtigen Schlüsse ziehen können. Alle anderen messages, Valentinskarten, Bilder, etc. dienen nur der Tarnung, damit Oscar nicht merkt, dass ich schon weiß, dass er mir sicherlich etwas antut."

Ganz genau genommen sprach Reeva von einem "richtigen Zeitpunkt, Oscar zu sagen, dass sie ihn liebt". Das macht natürlich eine Frau ständig, die totale Angst vor ihrem Partner hat und sich eigentlich trennen will. Aber laut Logik von diversen Menschen, scheint das wohl so zu sein.

Für manche hört es sich auch logisch an, wenn Superbrillant-Nel meint, dass Reeva ihre Jeans auszog, O.Ps Shorts anzieht, weil sie ja fliehen wollte....joa, der "gesunde Menschenverstand" sagt das solchen Leuten... *kopfschüttel*

Richterin Thokozile Masipa verkündete den Urteilsspruch und wird auch über das Strafausmass entscheiden, welches von 15 Jahren Gefängnisstrafe bis zu lebenslänglich ausfallen könnte.

Wusste gar nicht das es für fahrlässige Tötung auch lebenslänglich geben kann. Na, da werden sich aber einige daraüber freuen, wenn dem so sein sollte. Man glaubt ja meist den ganzen Mist der in der Presse steht. ;)

vielleicht hat sich ja Superbrillant-Nel SEINE sinnfreie Wöööörschen in einer verzweifelten Stunde aus einem Fan-Forum besorgt? ich jedenfalls finde keine vernünftige Erklärung für das seltsame Verhalten der Anklage..
