@Quiron erwähnte Klage gegen Sollecito's Anwalt Maori, den Reporter und das Magazin hat das ganze zwar zusätzlich ein bisschen befeuert, ich glaube allerdings kaum, dass das ganze mehr als ein Sturm im Wasserglas sein wird, zumal es keineswegs so ungewöhnlich ist, dass sich Richter mit der Urteilsbegründung Zeit lassen. Richter Massei hat für sein über 900 Seiten starkes Epos zum Narducci Fall über ein Jahr gebraucht und auch die Richter im Fall Scazzi/Misseri haben auch deutlich mehr als die 90 Tage gebraucht...
