If the atomic bomb had been ready earlier in World War II, would it have been used against Nazi Germany? This is one of the great atomic “what if’s” — a hypothetical, counter-factual historical question that obviously can’t be answered because that’s not how history worked out, we can’t reshuffle the past around, and so on. Anything overtures in such a direction are just speculation. But it can be informed speculation — and, more importantly, it can highlight little-known aspects of history. And that, in my mind, makes it worth indulging in, at least on a blog.Schreibt deine Quelle selbst im Vorwort!

The SMM spoke with staff members of Shchastya (25km north of Luhansk) hospital following the shelling which took place in the area on 26 and 27 September 2014.die osze ist heute ziemlich offensiv . man liest selten das sie beschuss einer seite zuschreiben
The interlocutors told the SMM that the hospital premises had not sustained severe damage after the aforementioned shelling. The SMM noticed craters and impacts of mortar shells around the hospitals’ facility. The SMM also noticed that mortar shrapnel had shattered the hospital’s windows and left superficial impacts on the external walls. Based on the observation of the impacts and shrapnel, the SMM assessed that the mortar shells were coming from the “Luhansk People’s Republic” (“LPR”)-controlled sectors.
On 28 September in Avdiivka (20km north of Donetsk), the SMM heard five volleys of mortar shelling coming from the “DPR”-controlled areas. The mortar shells landed approximately 500 meters east of the Ukrainian checkpoint deployed in Avdiivka.http://www.osce.org/ukraine-smm/124699

Das war damals eine Option gewesen, die aber dann verworfen wurde d.h. man hat es nicht einmal probiert.. das kreide ich den USA an, dass sie direkt auf den beiden Städten abgeworfen wurden.
