Je näher dran und je mehr/besser jemand etwas gehört hat um so glaubwürdiger.

Ja, Estelle van der Merwe, die nervöse, wurde als zweite Zeugin aufgerufen.

Hatte auch Licht gesehen und SPÄTER Stimmen einer Frau zugeordnet, von der ihr Mann dann aber sagte, das wäre OP.

Also entweder bin ich jetzt total bescheuert oder was auch immer ... Das, was ich lese, sieht mal ganz stark nach der Anklageschrift aus. Und da ist aufgeführt, wer wann Schreie gehört hat. Und nur bei Nr. 2 steht, dass VOR den Schüssen Schreie waren. DAS scheint also sonst keiner auszusagen. Was also juckt mich, was die von neben dran erzählen, wenn in der Anklageschrift schon steht, wer was aussagt und das von weniger Belang ist. Brisanz haben die zwei Zeugen der Nr. 2- meine bescheidene Meinung!

Dazu hatte ich eine timeline gebracht, aus der hervorging und man mutmaßen konnte, dass kein gemeinsames Essen stattgefunden hat.
Wahrscheinlich hat Reeva allein gegessen.

Da müsste ich jetzt suchen, aber die beruht auch nur auf Spekulation, bzw. Handyauswertungen, wann OP mit was beschäftigt war.
Für Essen und Reeva blieb da nicht mehr viel Zeit.

Doch, die anderen sagen doch, dass sie vorher gestritten haben und sie die Frau hörten...somit ist schon mal belegt, dass vor dem eigentlichen Ereignis, keine friedliche Schlafsituation vorherrschte, sondert ein Streit im Gange war.

Oscar hingegeben behauptet, man habe geschlafen, er sei einfach aufgewacht und hat gedacht: Ohhhh mein teurer Ventilator..ich MUSS den jetzt reinholen und Reeva ist währendessen ins Klo abgetaucht...Das ist ein eklatanter Widerspruch.

Moment mal, es wurde der Sicherheitsdienst beauftragt, in Oscars Haus für Ruhe zu sorgen, weil sie so laut stritten??? Verdammt, wieso kenne ich die ganzen Infos nicht? Stimmt das?

I noticed that the bathroom window was open. I realised that the intruder/s was/were in the toilet because the toilet door was closed and I did not see anyone in the bathroom. I heard movement inside the toilet. The toilet is inside the bathroom and has a separate door.

Moment mal. Also Pistorius Angaben fand ich bis zu diesem Teil nicht mal sonderlich unglaubhaft. Die Angst vor "violent crime" ist nicht unberechtigt.

Aber das oben Zitierte glaubt der doch selbst nicht. Da brechen also Einbrecher in sein Haus ein (die nicht über die offenstehende Balkontür einsteigen, sondern durch´s Badezimmerfenster) und dann haben die nichts anderes zu tun, ALS AUF´S KLO ZU GEHEN???

Also die Überraschungsparty kann man da wohl ausschließen, aber Einbrecher sicher auch. Was sollen die denn bitte in dem kleinen Kloräumchen suchen? Klopapier?

Ok, man könnte argumentieren, dass die sich dort vor Pistorius verstecken wollten, aber gerade dann wäre Pistorius Reaktion ein keinem Fall mehr als Putativ-Notwehr durch zu winken. Es steht klar erkennbar kein Angriff auf Leib oder Leben bevor, wenn der mutmaßliche Angreifer sich grade versteckt....

Ja, da hätte sie mal besser nach Hause fahren sollen - statt sich immer in Hoffnung auf Versöhnung weiter einzulassen...Dann noch das Geschenk...

Ich denke die Anklage hat nur zwei Zeugen, die aussagen was gehört wurde an diesem Abend und die anderen Zeugen, die unmittelbar neben O.P wohnen, werden für die Verteidigung aussagen.

Jep, so ist das. Ich dachte zuerst auch, dass das Klofenster offen war und er dachte, die Einbrecher sind über dieses eingestiegen und hielten sich deshalb im Klo auf. Das Fenster ist aber zu klein.
Seine Version macht einfach keinen Sinn...

Leider habe ich die Quelle nicht mehr, denn es sollen ja in der Nähe Leitern gestanden haben.
Wohl gemerkt in der Nähe und laut Botha nicht unter dem Badezimmerfenster.
Kommt hinzu , dass diese Leitern nicht lang genug gewesen sein sollen um mit ihnen dort einzusteigen.
Nicht zu vergessen OPs 2 Hunde.
