Ich lehne den Begriff ab - es ist keine "Lücke"...das mag umgangssprachlich genau so wertvoll sein wie "tricksen", aber rechtlich und finanztechnisch gibt es das nicht.
Im übertragenen Sinne ist es auch bei Privatleuten "tricksen" und "Lücken nutzen" wenn man ein EkSt. Erklärung macht und HomeOffice, Fahrweg, Kontoführungsgebühren angibt, sowie Sparerfreibetrag nutzt...ohne diese Tricks würden sie mehr Steuern zahlen und der Staat könnte mehr umverteilen.
Und jetzt alle im Chor: Wir brauchen Steuern, Steuern sind demokratisch©.

Ich habe nachgeschaut, upps, es sind die gleiche Leute...übrigens ich stufe "Wirtschaftsleute" so ein: sie arbeiten in der Wirtschaft, sie schreiben nicht drüber.
